I'm going to wear my computer to find the problem, 1 week later I was told that the problem is not clear. I am suggested to change a few parts for an extraordinary price without knowing if it will work. However, I loved the customer service, professional and friendly. The hospitable people and we feel they want to help us, shame that the bill is too salty.

Terrible customer service. I could write a book about the hell these people have put me through. They sold me a laptop with a defective touchscreen, awful quality control, it was very obvious. Said to send it back, so I did. Waited a month to get my next one. Next one shows up with hardware damage. Said to send it back and pay the 100 in shipping They sent me back the same computer with the same problems. They won't give me a refund. What the actual hell is wrong with this business. I'm disgusted.
They're just terrible people. I spent 1400 US dollars plus another 100 on shipping. That's a lot for me to end up with a computer that doesn't work. CIK has the scummiest business practices I've ever experienced. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of.

I bought a reconditioned alienware laptop. I got a one year warranty from the store. The power jack broke within the warranty period. They didn't want to fix it, they wanted $150. to repair it, their arguments being that it was hit and that power jacks are never covered by the warranty. My power jack wasn't hit and I didn'd drop my laptop. Bad store.
Good customer service and good price to buy computers but absolutely not qualified to repair laptops. I went there to get my computer diagnosed and they told me it was dead and nothing could be done because the parts are no longer available and they sold me another computer instead. After inspecting my computer somewhere else, it turned out that you just had to change a cable that was faulty and created a false contact, in addition to that, the technician apparently broke another cable by dismounting my laptop to inspect it. . The manager was very helpful and refunded the computer that I took after the false diagnosis of my laptop. Although he was accommodating, I received no apology from them and was not reimbursed for the wrong diagnosis ...

A complete check of the motherboard was done for 2 hours elsewhere, which was not done at home (I received a call less than 1 hour after depositing it at home and paid $ 35 more to go into priority), your competitor confirmed that there was no problem on it and that only the cable of the screen created a false contact preventing the computer from lighting up. Believe it or not, but my last PC at CIK was built in 2005 and it was still working fine for 2 weeks :) run 24/24 for 14 years. Do they know how to mount pc ???? I think so . 14 years for a pc I never saw that and especially when it runs 24/24. It had cost $ 2,400 at the time a 2.83 quad hahaha
