Good customer service and good price to buy computers but absolutely not qualified to repair laptops. A complete check of the motherboard was done for 2 hours elsewhere, which was not done at home (I received a call less than 1 hour after depositing it at home and paid $ 35 more to go into priority), your competitor confirmed that there was no problem on it and that only the cable of the screen created a false contact preventing the computer from lighting up.
