Terrible customer service. I could write a book about the hell these people have put me through. They sold me a laptop with a defective touchscreen, awful quality control, it was very obvious. Said to send it back, so I did. Waited a month to get my next one. Next one shows up with hardware damage. Said to send it back and pay the 100 in shipping They sent me back the same computer with the same problems. They won't give me a refund. What the actual hell is wrong with this business. I'm disgusted.

They're just terrible people. I spent 1400 US dollars plus another 100 on shipping. That's a lot for me to end up with a computer that doesn't work. CIK has the scummiest business practices I've ever experienced. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of.
