Location is superb but I think variety and taste of good needs to be improved

It's heaven in the seashore... Awesome property, not to miss ...

Rooms are pretty good, but the place has a very corporate vibe and it is a very silent place. This is not party place.

I am still to check out. There is something wrong with service today. The WiFi has stopped working. I have asked for water refills in room at least 3 times in last 90 minutes but nobody turned up.
The standard rooms are small for family with kids. You cannot accommodate more than one extra bed. Perhaps they should not sell this room for families with 2 kids.
The hotel is adjoining a very small beach. The activity room has just one TT table and carrom. Not much to do around the hotel. No restaurant options or market in the walking distance.

Property is spread out well and access to the beach is a super plus point. Food was good. Banquet hall is nice but only issue is ceiling height is not good. Cannot do anything creative.

Barbeque starter menu is good.Chef special seafood platter stands out...Amazing view of Vasco city across the confluence of Arabian sea and Zuari river ..With a backdrop of crashing waves ..Candlelight dinner in a beautiful palm groove overlooking the sea is a must do. Would certainly visit again.Draught beer is not available,but bottled are.

If it is retreat that you want, closer to the beach and with privacy, then this is the place to be. Faraway from the airport but completely worth it. Food is not that great but the service, ambience, location and amenities are exquisite

One of my favourite places to stay in Goa, cordial staff , a very authentic Goan feel to the hotel unlike the Skyscraper's and many storied hotels which could be anywhere. The sea breeze comes right across to the lobby with an amazing view of the sea next door, with the largely private beach to walk out to , it really is a classic Goan feel of the wonderful kind.

Good food with a good liquor.. ambience is good too... Had an amazing dinner. Can improve up on their sea food

The one of the prime Property of GOA from Group of TAJ the greatest beauty its situated beside the beach with swiming pool in side the campus so you can have fun of private pool with full privecy at the very same time you can even Enjoy the beaches also be it morning or evening as per your corporate and bussiness Meeting on this auspicius Property as the lodging and fooding is also awesome here the chef are best at even in NORTH INDIAN dishes i had personally stayed and Enjoyed the hospitality over here

I stayed here for 03 days . Food is excellent. Rooms are specious,.Clean and big. Location is good , they have private beach which is clean and equipped with sports facilities. Over all a good experience.

The service could be better. hospitality is not the best part.

Loved the place and the vibe, its like a little Portuguese city in its own. Great services and the location is also good. A Charles correa designed hotel will look good to Charles correa fan after a century and this one is maintained exceedingly well for it does exceedingly well catering to Gujarati travellers, large groups and the casino crowd by the bus load.

The beach is almost private, very small but one of my favorite in Goa. Maybe because I live 2 minutes from Cidade and use it as a landmark to my home.

Cidade has a location that is borderline iconic and Dona Paula is one of the most peaceful place in central or North Goa. It is filled to the brim with earnest hotel trainees eager to please but 5 years away from acquiring that experience that can actually please a guest with efficiency.

The senior management are only bothered about filling up the rooms, which at an iconic hotel, goa's first five star hotel, (though in reality is just a 3 star deluxe) isn't difficult at all and thereafter they take it easy and feel that the dime a dozen intern they get by the bus loads will do the needful.

The restaurant has a superb view just as all its rooms and serves very good food with Sonia shirsat singing her fados once a week live.

Service standards and content quality need to dramatically improve. Pure location and views are no more a hotel saviour in Goa anymore

Excellent beach with beautiful scenic views. Beach is really very clean and good amount of shacks available as per your choice and budget too. Enjoying candle light dinner in those shacks is the great feelings altogether

Very good Location! I really like beach behind Resort and location.Also Grande Sala is very big conference hall sufficient for 180 people. I like welcome also but they really need to work on planning. If you finilized some menu for group dinner / lunch be careful that you will get the same delivery. Poor planning I say. Standard rooms are good only for 2 people for extra adult not sufficient. Overall good resort do visit once!

One of the best food and service place on my 2 weeks tour in Kerala and Goa. Tad pricey but well worth the money.

Sea view from room was beautiful as also the beach. Beach is very close to the hotel. Improvements needed in the dining dept. Food was so so . also the dining room was always congested. Did not enjoy meal times
