I've been coming to Ci Ci's for over a decade, this one in particular for about three years. The staff are always really great, however the environment has become a real annoyance for me. I always place a specialty order when I eat Ci Ci's, and they used to write it down and give me a number or color tag to come and bring it out to my table. Now it seems they have a computer touch screen that you go to and place your order, take a buzzer, and go wait at your table. It feels so impersonal and detached from customer service and it's not the Ci Ci's I grew up with... 1. Having an employee not take a request and tell me to do it myself is ridiculous, 2. having to go up once this annoying loud buzzer goes off is inconvenient. 3. the last three times I have used the touch screen method I have waited over twenty minutes to find out that the order wasn't started... Please go back to your roots and start getting personal with your customers again, and get rid of that ridiculous computer screen.

The manager or who ever was in charge of the cashier (hispanic male) kept laughing as he kept everyone from coming in, it was 11:10 and they open at 11am. There was a mom with 4 hungry children, a family of 3, myself and 3 cowerkers. He kept laughing, so we all left.

They charged me but had not pizza. The schedule to close is 9:00 p.m. to eat but to charge is at 9:30 p.m., I wonder, and the door shows to close the 10:00 p.m. what? Enjoy my money, you will need more than me! The manager told me that I should have come before 9:20 p.m., but I arrived before .... It had to happen twice to learn ... all right, now I've learned ...

The food is good for the price. But the service is terrible. I came in here recently with my 3 roommates. One of which is a heavier female, she was wearing a hoodie and shorts. We were told that if she didn t put pants on, that we would need to leave. They continued to tell her this in front of everyone (strangers and all) that there are families and kids here, no one needs to see that . With that being her legs, we were all extremely offended. I ve never experienced someone be so rude to their customers over something so childish and ridiculous. This was FAT SHAMING plain and simple. If a smaller person were to come in, no one would say anything about said persons legs showing. They re just legs. But apparently if you re too big , you can t wear shorts. Mind you, it s been in the high 90 s lately. You should be able to comfortably wear whatever you feel is best, no matter your weight. So we re just trying to not melt in this Texas heat. I will never be coming back here, I m astonished with how poorly they handled that.

I can't be too critical it is after all a buffet. I must admit I was able to get full. Just not a huge fan. Very limited selection at the peak lunch hour.

This Cicis needs to work in their cleaning. We were there around 11:10am which is just after they open. This was the mess they obviously left behind all night because there were only 3 other people in the restaurant. Obviously they did not clean the night before. Restaurants that don't clean what you can see makes wonder what they don't clean that you cannot see. This cicis always seems to have issues.

A lot of variety for the price. Great for quick lunch or dinner...

It's almost 9pm and the buffet is still full of hot fresh pizza! This place is great

Cici is now over $9 per person just for lunch! Poor service. And when I told the manager there was rotten luttace in the bowl he just dumped more luttace on top of it! My last visit, no value here. $3 soda, $6 pizza.

I remember when their pizza was edible and their cups were plastic. Those were better days.

Decent and cheap food. Great place to go on a budget

All the team were wonderfully welcoming and discussed the food and drink options within 2 minutes of sitting down.

Whomever was managing the store on June 20 at lunchtime only told ONE customer that they were not going to be serving anyone for the next thirty minutes. Then said manager proceeded to hide in the back of the store on his phone with at least 10 other customers unaware of what was going on. A terrible display of customer service.

This place is the best place to go for me and my friends during lunchtime as it is very affordable, $5 with student discount! They also have hot, and fast food. It's is neat and the staff are very friendly.

Food is good, replishing the pizza and desserts is slow. Have to wait on pepporoni pizza to be put out and there were no deserts available so I just left since I was on my lunch break

The pizza's do not get loaded up on the buffet line fast enough. We waited 15 minutes to get pepperoni pizza. The brownies, the dessert pizzas are so slow to get made and when they come they are gone so fast. The place looks nice until you take a closer look and you see that they lack maintenance.

Bad food, dirty place and lousy service. Do not waste your time and money at this location. I ordered a personal pizza, waited 25 minutes, didn't get it. When I brought it up to the attention of the person in charge, he just laughed. So we left.

It use to be a good place, but the new management sucks. They need to hire more people. It's always dirty, not even the tables get cleaned. There salad is missing tomatoes, carrots and other favorites. They never have enough pizza out. Requests must be super simple or they charge extra. We live in Plano, but drive to Rockwall when we want Cici's.

Avoided all costs. They couldn't be ruder, the location is supposed to be open till 10 p.m. while trying ordered the buffet at 9 p.m. a worker tells me he's about to take down the entire buffet because "the Buffett closes early". Horrible Staff

Always fresh & helpful!!! This location has fresh food every time! From hot pizza to pasta that isn't dried out to cool, crispy salads. And the cinnamon rolls are awesome! They will even make a pizza just the way you like it and bring the entire thing to your table!! This location is always clean and staff are friendly. We are regulars bc of all of these things.

Standard Cicis pizza place. Clean, lots of kinds of pizza. They will make what ever you want if its not on the buffet. Very very inexpensive. Not the best pizza around, but a great value for hungry families.

Food buffet, young woman at counter picked her nose, this is gross. The place was quite dirty and messy too. Won't go back.

I wanted a little alone time with a good book and some pizza. Went in and got some pizza. It was limited but it wasn't a big deal I knew it was past the dinner rush. I got there about 8:30 good service and what I expected pizza. Then at 9:30 they start cleaning up no biggy. Except the guy who is mopping the floors mops all around my table. The overpowering smell of Pinesol makes it unbearable to sit much less eat anything! I was planning on having a cinnamon roll and heading out. There were still several families there. When I said something to the girl behind the counter she's like "Well, we close in 30 minutes". I'm like yeah "in 30 minutes"! I've worked in restaurants and it sucks when someone walks in right before close. But that was just rude. It is Cici's and perhaps I shouldn't expect too much....but I'm just sitting there minding my own business and POW to the nose "bye". RuDE and too many good Plano pizza places to tolerate that.

Our favorite Cici's. We've had 2 Birthday parties here and even our guests mentioned it's the cleanest one they've been in. The staff is awesome and the food is good.

I come here enough times for me to never have a bad experience. variety of pizzas and freshness was what made this a four. But customer service is a six.

So I LOVE Cici's, I honestly do, but this location is a little different then the rest around here! They stock whatever pizza is requested and if not requested whatever they want, so you do not get a routine type. then I have asked for the Ole, I love that pizza, but half the time they give me a story about how the corporate office stopped it and took it off the menu, so they can not make it because they do not have the right items! that worked the first time but then the next visit they made one. it is back and forth, I guess it depends on who is working!

3*'s because Cici's is great, the two missing is because you never know what is available or on the line and the wait time for a special order of a standard pizza is to long. it is frustrating mostly. If you are willing to eat whatever they have then it would be 5* but I like some routine and some special requests, not just special requests and waiting 15 minutes to eat at a buffet.

It was alright for the most part I think they need more control over kids serving themselves

We came here during the summer and it was good. This is the corporate store and thats why my family came here. But this store has really went down. Repeatedly served the same 4 flavors of pizza. No hand soap in bathroom, no napkins. This swirled looking brownie which taste horrible. Put in make your own pizza order. When they bring the pizza out to me they tell me we have no bacon. Was just looking for a quick cheap family eat was very disappointing and they apologize for nothing.

This is the worst cicis as well as all the other ones they have stupid management they always give the orders wrong it's the worst experience I've ever had

The food was not up to par or the cashier he didn't seem to happy or wanting to be there. I asked for a special zest ham extra ham got little ham and ordered wings 15 mins later after eating all my food up.the alfredo sauce was warm for the pasta

This is my favorite cicis! I make it a point to stop here when I'm in plano despite the management. This isn't 1st time that I needed it but I thought it was against the law to not have a changing table in both men's & women's restrooms. I will definitely be grossing people out on purpose changing my babys poopy diaper at our booth.

This was a very clean restaurant with friendly staff. We came later in the afternoon and they weren't really keeping up with the demand for pizza with the amount of people that were there. The salad bar and pasta bar were normal size but the pizza bar seemed fairly small in comparison to other CiCi's that we have visited. Several times there were people going up to the pizza bar and leaving without anyting while waiting for more pizzas to come out. Other than that it was a good generic CiCi's. We'll stop there again after baseball if we're in town again.

We go to this one because the location is convenient. But every time we go in the Buffett is bare and they have trouble keeping any pizza on the line. We've ordered specialty pizzas and after 30 minutes of the buzzer not going off we go check on it and they have no recollection of the order being taken although we have a buzzer. Just today they didn't even have a simple cheese pizza on the bar. Tild me I had to order that. Not sure how they can manage their busy times if they can't handle down time.

Went here far too often 2016-19. Stuffed myself silly for $6. Now with covid-19 buffets are in danger.

I went for the buffet, which was very inexpensive. The only thing is that the pizza options were not very exciting.

Quality and "value" have deteriorated gradually over the years. Steady increase in price with declining options. No more "create your own" & "specialty" pizzas. Fewer options for salad bar and desserts. Less cheese and toppings on every pizza.

All I have to say is cinnamon rolls, cheesy bread, and alfredo pizza is what's up.

Renew location, rough start at place order but once we were on the loop everything went smooth, very clean and friendly plus the puzzas were coming out that we had to wait for it to cold down a little bit. My 5 yr and 19 yr old loved the game area with all the machines up and running. I gave a 4 star because I wasn't amazed by the teas. Or the options at the salad bar. We loved that they hire handicapped for diferrent areas you dont see often businesses giving this life opportunity for our must loved ones.

I did not like to be blessed and been in others and the truth here until the one in the box in front looks bitter very sharp seems racist

I used to come to this location at least once a week. Over the past year the customer service and cleanliness of this store has declined. Often when I call to place a pick up order I have to call multiple times until anyone answers and wait times have gone from 10/15 min to 25/30 min. Many of the team members are rude and seem less than willing to help. Very disappointing.

Pretty busy, pizza was hot and plentiful. But salad bar was a wreck - wilted slimy spinach filled the bin. Everything else was pretty good.

Not the best location, wish they had more pizza out and cinnamon rolls.

If you want to be called fat by an employee then come here! Andrew, who is one of the cooks, called me and my best friend fat as we were leaving. He was making hand motions around his stomach saying at least I'm not fat like yall. When we came back in to talk to the manager she just said he plays too much and that he does it to her too. She didn't ask him to leave or fire him and as a result of that he came back over to antagonize us even more. Saying to meet him outside when he gets off and he'll "throw hands"(he didn't he ran off in a friend's car) he was yelling and cussing at us from the other side of the restraunt while there were children listening! He ruined our whole night! This is not right! None of my friends or co workers will eat at ANY cicis till this scum is fired!

Quick place to grab a bite, buffet style. Don't expect the extra trimmings on a weekday lunch, but there will be plenty o' pasta!

Not far from my home. Wonderful homey restaurant. GREAT food! Will return. Service was great also.

Loved the place, in fact I enjoy the Cici's places, the crew of the place was really nice, specifically the lady who said "Hi Welcome to Cici's" seem to enjoy working there, she was always smiling and made you feel good the first moment you go in the restaurant. (They should give a raise to the lady: in case you go it's the blue hair lady, liked it to) Thats the attitude anyone likes when they go to eat.

When we first arrived there was a different manager (female)she was very nice and attentive to the establishment. Well shifts change and I asked for a pizza to be made spinach and tomatoes on flatbread. The buzzer goes off and I go to retrieve my pizza its only tomatoes on it, so I ask do you not have spinach? He shakes his head no and walks off. He didn't inform me they don't have certain ingredients just walks off. He acted like he had an attitude each time a customer came to have a personalized pizza made. I just don't think I'll be returning to this location.

This place is really bad, I visited more than 3 times location by Coit/park blv and they don't cook variety buffet of pizzas, ussually pizzas are cold!!

I was laughing and the worker turned and told me what are you laughing at in a rude way.

Salad bar had no variety of dressing the pizza was alright the desserts take for ever to come out infacy there was nothing but cinammin rolls in the dessert area

Don t share comments ever, however, this was a terrible experience. You make pizzas, a pizza was ordered three separate times within 15 minutes, never received.

Excellent Food. Very Friendly service. its a big location with game room. They also have chicken wings but its not part of the buffet. Its next to Aldis. The desserts were good also. My favorite is the Garlic Cheese Bread. They brought out fresh and hot pizzas several times. If you are very hungry and on a budget its a good place to go!
