No greeting whatsoever. Older male at the cashier just stood there until I said 2 adult buffets and waited for me to swipe my card. Pizza was cold and stale, barely any options. HAIR cooked into the garlic bread (none of the people behind the counter wearing hairnets, just the Cici's baseball caps), and the booth benches were all sticky and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. Left hungry and disgusted.

It's an easy place to grab some pizza and not bankrupt the bank account.

Recently, this restaurant has very bad service. Pizza isn't cooked on time, some foods are only available on to go, and foods aren't fresh either. I will never visit this place again.

Not many choices. The salad bar needs more option as well as the pizza.

We come here periodically and it s always hit or miss. Today we came in and it was great. Their new manager is definitely a plus! They didn t run out of pizza, it stayed fresh, actually called out the pizza and no attitude was given when asked for a certain pizza!

Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, good pizza for the price. The buffet is well stocked and I love that they will let you special order pizza from the buffet and bring it to your table.

Pizza was good and hot! Took a little while to make more cheesey bread.

No meateater or supremes here even though it's "guaranteed" and this location does not participate in any promotions!!!

They are supposed to close at 9 pm, instead they close at 8.30pm

They recently changed to game cards instead of taking tokens, and weren t willing to take back the leftover tokens we bought last time we came or even offer a gift card.

Very friendly staff! Pizza was fresh and they were on top of making more.

So we decided to try a new location considering we've always had poor service and quality at the other location we used to go to and let me tell you I am so glad we tried a new location as this one is 100% cleaner and the quality of food is 100%. And this location has way more variety as you should have per their advertisement so glad we chose this one you guys are doing great

Not worth for any deal. I had two back to back awful experiences at this location. They are always running short of people and stocks of items. I found many items out of stock even before dinner time! Also, found this place having hygiene issues like wet plates and the staff also was rude when you ask for refill of missing items. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

It's decent, had a sticky floor in some areas but overall good service and food

This location was nice and clean. The salad bar was bigger than most other stores. The staff was friendly and nice. The personalized pizzas you can order now are much smaller than they used to be. Plus, you have to be careful when ordering a drink. If you don't specify regular cup instead of to go cup they charge 1$ extra for large plastic to go cup.

Love the video games and the food was pretty good and the state service was great

Im going to take legal action if they don't send me my paycheck!!

Good variety of pizzas, the salad bar is pretty much lettuce and little else (disappointing), service is really good....

I see reviews that are two-star and under, with complaints about Cicis, and the only thing I can think is... It's Cicis pizza. It's always going to be average, but it's extremely cheap and that makes it better. I'm never sure why people go to Cicis expecting gourmet pizza. It's ridiculous. If you like pizza that tastes decent and doesn't break you, then you'll enjoy it. Again, it will never be great or amazing.

Horrible experience at this location, went out with wife and kids and decided to stop by and get some pizza, completely regret it upon seeing the buffet line. There must have been about 3 pizzas on the line that were as cold as ice, zero to none pasta was left and when i asked the im guessing Manager at the time for some fresh pasta and pizza he gave me a look like i was speaking some other language. He had terrible customer service skills and did not seem should be working there. All this was around 5-6pm not sure why the place was so empty but im pretty sure the Manager scared customers away. Restraunt was dirty and seemed like all 15 ppl there were not enjoying their food either. Have been to other locations and this by far is the worst, will not be returning here EVER!!

Not consistent on making fresh pizza surprised this place is still in business due to the lack of customer service and not making fresh pizza to please the customers

If you like to eat tons of dough with tomato sauce as a pizza, go to this place!

I have been coming to this place since 1990 s. This place do not looks like they are going with cici s ethics.

When u order special they don t give you a number or bring your request to the table as they bring it to the buffet table only and when u go to the table your request pizza is gone.

My sister requested for deep dish veggie lover. The cook said we are out of it. They had the deep dish pan ready behind the prep area. Then I asked the cook why there is no deep dish ? he brought one and said he is cooking and will take 20 min.

This location use to rock but now I think this location changed hands.

I hope cici s corporate looks into this store. This will be my last time at this location with family

Salad bar was poor. You couldn't make requests for your type of pizza. We like cicis but this location was poor.

I order my own pizza, the ready made ones are almost all not halal, nice taste but not amazing, I go there for the cherry tomatoes, the pickles, the games for the kids that keeps them busy

I love pizza and i can eat all i want thats all i got to say about that. Lol

Would give it less, was there Friday evening, it was filthy, food looked terrible, and I been sick in my stomach since, will never go back, even that it is close to the hospital

The place is clean. But was there for 1hr and once the Cinnabon try was finished they never restock the tray. Salad was brown as hell to.

Place was filthy. Food cold. Water even tasted weird. Despite 5 employees walking into the dining room, not one attempted to clean a thing. There were only six tables of actual guests, so not busy.

It looks like the general manager David does not allow people who have service animals into the restauranthe even threatened to call the police on me because I told him that that is discrimination not allowing anybody who has to have a service animal in the establishment this is the first time that I went to CiCi's and had this type of problem I even called corporate and I'm waiting for them to get back to me regarding this

I will never come back to this Cicis location ever again thanks to the "manager" Randal. I tried to order my own personal specialty buffalo chicken pizza, but instead I got an attitude. He said, " we cannot make a pizza that is already out on the counter" due to "corporate policy"...hmmm, aren't every pizza already out on the counter?!? YET I COULD CREATE MY OWN PIZZA WITH THE SAME INGREDIENTS AND THEY WOULD MAKE IT....MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE "MANAGER" RANDAL! I'm posting a picture along with this rating of the two different ordering tickets to show that it does not say anything about what he had told me anywhere on them.

Food just wasn't as good or variety was not as much.

This is the second time i came and the coke never taste like it.
To save money, they mix the same quantity of the syrup with more water. So it's always like watery. Aghh.

If you like to drink Coke, better ask for a glass of water, or you're losing the money and not taking any in return.

Bad place, never coming back.

The price of the buffet keeps going up while the quality seems to be steadily declining. Their plates were not washed well. They do not have veggie pizza on the serving counter. On the 'Create Your Own' pizza, they messed up my order.
They had totally run out of crushed red pepper, which was disappointing.
Overall, not a good experience!

I like them for a quick fix no cook Friday after school. Give 3 1/2

I was sitting eating a nice meal with my husband and children and I seriously heard a waiter calling 2 young girls fat!! As they proceeded to stick up for themselves he said they can meet him after work to fight them when they came back in to talk to the manager!! They are beautiful petite women he is calling fat honestly as a waiter you are supposed to be polite, be a gentleman..seriously bullying from a waiter at Cici''s pizza?? In front of my small children?? We home school for the sake of bullies and yet we still have to run into this kind of thing when we go out to eat?? The waiter's name is Andrew and tbh I don't appreciate my children having to hear this kind of disrespect and racism. Wow!! Never will I come back here and neither will my peers or Co workers unless Andrew is no longer working for you!

Have been there twice, however seems an okay kind of place not so good and not too bad either for a quick getaway for a pizza bite.

It's good but don't quote me on this because my good could be someone else's meh, eww or wow. It's food.

Bad customer service. Cicis in coit and park, manager Brandon John didn't treat me well. My experience this time wasn't good. After long waiting and mistake in my orders even not apologized or make the customer happy.

We ordered our pizza 2 hours before the birthday party and when we went to pick it up, it was not ready. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make the pizzas. When I called them, they assured me it would be ready on time. It was not. I will not use them again. Also the beef pizzas barely had any beef on them and the cheese pizzas were dry. I was disappointed. They did not try to resolve the issues by offering me any promotions.

Been here many times. Buffet style is great and my teenaged kids love it. Me, not so much. I mean I like it and they always have something new to try but sheesh, buffet style can only be so good for me, a pizza snob, when I try to fill up on salad first so I don't eat so much dough. Doh!

This location is nicely kept and they continuously put out fresh pizza. Unlike Mckinney!!!! Which is sad bc I live in Mckinney.

Good food at good prices. Very friendly and professional staff. The kids games and prizes are new and super fun. Facilities were adequately clean. We just found our new favorite pizza place.

Great service at this location. After my son spilled his drink I received immediate assistance cleaning it up. The pizza buffet is hot and fresh, with an ever changing variety. If I had a complaint, it would simply be a lack of choices in the video game department. A more broad selection variety would make this a great place for a children's birthday party. Nonetheless, still a great stop for a fun bite to eat with the kids.

We got there at 8:58 and the doors were locked. A young girl came to the door and said the pizza they had out was all that they were going to make. We seen only two pizzas were out. Now, first of all this place didn't close till 10pm. We had hungry kids and were turned away. We will NEVER go to this CiCis again.

There are not many options, but they are hot ... Passable

Disappointing experience. The soda was watered down. They had 3 kinds of pepperoni pizza, an Alfredo pizza and a couple flat bread pizzas on the bar. I ordered a personal pizza, waited 30 minutes and the employee said it would be a few minutes more. Went up again a few minutes later and everyone shrugged their shoulders when I asked about it. They do not have a changing table in the women's restroom.

Love the pizza. I'm vegetarian so plenty to choose from. Kept pizzas coming out as the place was packed. Did I mention the cinnamon rolls?? Wow!

All you can eat pizza & salad for a very reasonable price.

It's not the biggest location, but they do a good job of restocking pizza in a timely manner and keeping the place clean.

Cicis has my favorite pizza and from what I know the only pizza place who sells it and I love the games there it's so much fun

Absolute s**t service. Rudely refused to make certain pizzas. I only came for mac n cheese pizza, paid $23 for buffets and they wouldn't make one. I would've paid less and gotten more of I'd ordered carry out. Won't be back.

It has always been my favorite. You can serve pizza as many times as you want, salad and soda. All included in the same prison. And if you are a senior citizen they give you a discount. Hey Cici's !!!
