This gift shop is extremely over-priced, but charming. The only reason I shopped here was to buy souvenirs of the hotel that you can't get anywhere else (t-shirts, key chains, magnets of The Stanley). The other clothing and accessories that they stock, however, are very expensive and belong more in a boutique store. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, though!

I'm so disappointed. I love the actual Stanley Hotel Gift Shop but don't have the time to drive up to purchase 1 item. I went online and tried to order it but every time I try to complete the transaction it tells me that a delivery method isn't available because it violates all the carrier limits and won't let me select an option. I can't see how that is possible since it's just a mug. Oh well, my son just won't get the mug he wanted for Father's Day.

We enjoyed our stay at the Stanley hotel and wanted to purchase some souvenirs at the gift shop before leaving town. We walked in the door at 9:30am (they open at 9am) and the employee rudely asked us why we were walking in the door because the door was slightly shut. We explained that we wanted to buy some items and thought they were open. She shut the door in our face and said they weren't ready to open yet because staff called off this morning and she still had to do inventory. We walked out and did not return due to such poor customer service.
