It had been years since I refinanced my home and as my last loan had been modified, I had many questions that agent-Jenny Tran assisted me with. She even had me go back to my existing loan company with more questions that she didn't feel had been answered properly by them in my first call to them and she was right! They were quick to answer, easy to talk to, and offered ways to move forward with getting pre-approved for a mortgage when other companies said "there's nothing we can do for you." I worked with Teresa Lott and she made sure things got done! She always explained the process and made sure I was set up with the best rates. Jon Erickson was amazing too work with. Very personable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. We had a short window for closing and he made what would ve been an extremely stressful process smooth. My wife and I had come cross them with through Dave Ramsey group and having a 0 credit score made things interesting, but they were able to work through it to completion.

Liars! They will promise you whatever you want to hear to get your loan. I will say they are very personal which is so deceiving because they want you to believe they care about you, but they don t. The information given was always a YES mentality, but often we were misinformed with earnest money and other items and had to be recanted. We financed our home with them, being told they would service the loan and we re proud of their ability to do that. Not even a month after we closed they sold our loan to another company that requires twice the insurance. (I feel Churchill should pay for that) Now it appears choosing Churchill is going to cost a lot more money in the long run due to them not following through on their promises. They will be nice until they get their commissions and then throw you to the side like rubbish

We used Les Clayton at Churchill Mortgage 18 yrs ago when we purchased our first home. We were very pleased. We dealt with several other lenders for refi in that time and had mediocre experiences, so we came back to Les when we purchased our new home.
