Jon Erickson was amazing too work with. Very personable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. We had a short window for closing and he made what would ve been an extremely stressful process smooth. My wife and I had come cross them with through Dave Ramsey group and having a 0 credit score made things interesting, but they were able to work through it to completion.
