Thank you Steve and family for a wonderful day. It was our first visit, we didn't know much about the farm however it will be the first of many frequent visits. We are already tremendously excited for your Autumn and Christmas festivities. We thoroughly enjoyed our extremely informative tractor ride, your extensive array of animals, beautiful views and even your lovely dog popped onto the tractor ride to say hello. The whole Church Farm experience is fantastic value for money, staff are helpful and friendly and even ice creams etc are on a par with Aldi prices. See you soon.

Church Farm is a gem of a place. It's a unique place in a wonderful setting with gorgeous views. They have lots of animals, from sheep and pigs to emus and geese! There's an adventure playground and a maze too. There's a large sand pit and ride on diggers which are under cover. There's handwashing facilities by the animals and toilets with baby change. There's a cafe with good and reasonably priced food with a log burner to keep you cosy and warm in the colder days. There's a fresh fruit and veg shack with a zero waste shop which is awesome and a farm shop selling gifts and fresh farm eggs. Highly recommend for a day out for most ages. Term time is lovely and peaceful...be wary of going in the school holidays due to how busy it can get but they do cool things like tractor rides in the holidays! The staff are so welcoming and very friendly.

great location to visit when entertaining the young kids, prices are decent, wish there were more animals though, some bits are empty and it really is obvious, didn't use shop of cafe but 2 year old had a great time, will be back.

Great experience for the young ones. Tractor ride to see the animals...sad the Highland cows are no longer there but the alpacas are beautiful the only problem would be the loos they didn't flush and there were school trips on the farm which meant the toilets got blocked quickly

Just had two nights here, in our caravan with 2 young grandchildren 3 and 5 year olds. We all had a fantastic time. The cost was very reasonable; the staff were brilliant (particularly Ruth who talked about the different animals and did the barrel ride). Would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous spot with lots to do. Animals to see include Alpacas, Chickens, Goats, Donkeys, Geese, Pigs, Meerkats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Sheep and an Emu. For only 75p a bag you can feed some of them too.
As well as the animals, there are different tractor rides, paddle boats, a beach, play park, go karts and a maze for kids of all ages.
The farm shop on site is fantastic too!
All in all a fab trip out and amazing value.
The owner is really friendly to, our little boy missed the last tractor barrel ride and he drove the tractor all the way back round to offer him a go. You can tell its family run and they really care about their visitors.

been to Santa's experience today with my 2 granddaughters ages 3 and 5 and they have thoroughly enjoyed it! It was a lovely touch that santa and rudolph used their names and addressed them personally. was very cold so we didn't hang around afterwards so definately will be back to experience the rest of church far.

Just wanted to say, my little boy had his 4th Birthday Party at Church Farm this morning. The organisation and care were fantastic. The kids were transfixed as Farmer (Ellie??) introduced all her animals. Even the adults enjoyed it! I am so glad I chose Church Farm for his party. Many, many thanks.

Lovely day out and.lots to see and do for the kids. Pedal go kart, paddle boats and an indoor beach area. Along with the usual farm animals and meerkats thrown in as well. Fabulous views across the Dee estuary

Can't understand the negative reviews. My grandchildren six year old twins love it. I found everyone extremely helpful. There were absolutely no safety issues at all.....nothing to cause me any concern. I might add that I stayed overnight and all day in a motorhome so had plenty of time and opportunity to observe.

Nice chilled out place to take the kids. Especially now with the numbers being limited.

You just have to book your slot early.

We went for an afternoon slot and there was still plenty of time to play and get round everything.

The barrel ride is book only now although I'm not entirely sure how it works.

There are plenty of hand washing stations dotted around the place.

The have a chip van doing Dutch chips in the car park, as well as a kiosk selling ice creams and snacks inside.

All the animals seem very happy and you can buy animal specific feed to give them some snacks on your way around.

Beautiful farm and surrounding area. First time that we visited and whole family enjoyed it. A small farm with a few activities and a few extra bits to do. Enough to keep us busy most of the afternoon. Loved the fact that although there were quite a few families it never felt overcrowded or cramp as it sometimes does at similar places. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Highlights were the beach, the maze and the barrel ride. Entrance price was fair and the shop and cafe was fab. Bought a few bits from the shop and can say YUM!! Would recommend to family with under 10 yr old kids as it's safe for them to roam around and explore. Also space for camping/caravans. Definitely will go back x

We have just returned from a 4 days stay and we loved it. We have a 4 year old and 6 year old who were able to roam free and meet new friends whilst enjoying the attractions and activities. The staff were all friendly and the owner very informative about the history of the farm. We will definitely stay here again when in that next of the woods. If I had to moan about one thing it's that the farm shop did not sell milk, you could get everything else except milk. Gripe over, if you have ever young children they will love it. X

Found this place today when I Googled somewhere new to take my son. Fantastic little gem hidden away. Lots of friendly animals for the little ones to interact with. Tractor and barrel rides and an adventure playground. Big thumbs up from my 2yr old
