HORRIBLE pizza which is just Chuck E. Cheese pretending to be a pizza place. Add on waiting 45 minutes for GrubHub to deliver AFTER it has been picked up and I'd have to say this is the worst pizza experience in North America.
Imagine if someone talked about tomatoes near a soggy saltine then tried to feed you that saltine without the salt.
Could stand turning down the concert level sound system. Otherwise excellent experience. Food on table, quickly, pizza surprisingly tasty, birthday package kept everone engaged and excited. Lots of people and place was well managed. Recommend for kids and parents.
I took my 6 year old son here last night for a fundraiser for his school. His 13 year old brother also went with us. There was a football game which took money off my son' play card and his friend's play card but would not allow them to play the game because the footballs were stuck. I told someone that worked there in the front what had happened and they immediately sent a manager over to fix the game. All the employees were very friendly. The place was neat and clean. The kids had a great time and we only spent $15 on play tokens. We also had my son's birthday party here when he turned 5 years old. We also had a great experience that day. So, I would definitely give this Chucky Cheese a 5 star. I highly recommend a birthday party here or just a fun day or night out with the kids!
We went for the bootactulor, games were fun, staff was friendly but definitely not really a glow party and the food was not very good.
Tremendous amusement area for children. Low price. There is everything. I recommend it.
Wicked crowded on weekends! Lines were out of control. Lots of fun, but try and go at a less crowded time.

Was glad to know they have gluten free pizza. It is only a personal sized pizza, but it was awesome they have it for those of us that can't have gluten.
I hated to see that there were a couple games not working because I love to play all the games I can when I go to places like this.
I loved that everyone in your party got a stamp on the arm that glowed the same. That way it would be harder to leave with someone not in your party.
Had a great time with my nephews and sister and Mom. Can't wait to go back soon one day.
It was alright. Price for turning in tickets is always way too high, but my girls had fun, so that's what matters. Would be 4 with better prices and not doing the follow for free tickets thing. Wastes time the kids could spend playing for very few tickets. And I would give a 5 with better food. As is, I wont eat here. Learned from last visit.
Everyone was helpful and it's a really fun place to take your kids or grandkids!

Everytime my kids & I come to Chuck e cheese they have a BLAST . (They also get in bed as soon as we're back home.) Chuck E cheese for the win , win !!

My daughter wanted to go to chuckie cheese she wanted a side salad and a pizza but unfortunately you have to buy the whole entire unlimited bar and cannot eat one salad/ side salad ... I came with only 22 dollars because that s all I had .. I had a 15.99 coupon for a medium pizza and two drinks .. I explained I only had enough for five dollars in play time .. she says the least they could do was ten dollars ... not very family oriented for all types of backgrounds .. especially who doesn t make lots of money .. then we get our pizza most the games were not in service and there was no cheese available for the pizza .. I do not like the set up ... not decided if I will return
My daughter had a blast for her 6th birthday. We went after the busy hours and scored a bunch of tickets for her and gave her the best experience.
Just be sure you don't go on Saturday afternoon. MADHOUSE
This place is a must if you have kids or grandkids.
It would be nice it they redid the whole inside make it bigger. Have rooms for birthday parties open only one side for seating , add games that work and not so expensive to play for so little tickets. Lower the amount of tickets you need to get for better prizes and have better small prizes. Thank goodness they got rid of the mess ,but still needs work. And clean the bathrooms better please kids use them, I know it is yucky but it is your job.
Loved the birthday party experience, but many games were down, and no one helped at the ticket counter at the end
The kids had a lot of fun, some machines were not working. Best thing about it, wasn't too crowded.
Did not enjoy our last visit. It looked as if everything needed a good cleaning, bathrooms and dining room. Staff seemed overwhelmed. A big disappointment.

Place really has went down over the years games suck prices suck just sucks overall need to redo the hole place
Havent been in a while they no longer have tokens you have to purchase a play card min $10 for 30 mins. Way to expensive for my four kids.
