We drove all the way from watford to look at a kia sportage that we liked .
Finally getting to chris roads on a horrible rainy day we were met by Wayne who made us a well needed coffee .
The car was everything they promised it would be
So we took it for a text drive .
Wayne explained everything to us about the car
And was out under no pressure at all by Wayne.
Not like many garages I have encountered other the years.
Anyway we brought the kia sportage and we really couldnt be any happier.
If ever i was to buy another car I would certinaly look here first despite the drive .
So many thanks Chris Roads and a special thank you to Wayne who went way beyond to help us .
The staff at Chris w roads are extremely helpfull and professionall they went out of there way to ensure a terrific service whilst helping me I would recommend this dealership to all family and friends and a massive thank you to Ash the Co owner
Excellent customer service! Wayne, Dale and Ash went above and beyond to answer and resolve my queries I had. Nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend this place to anyone :)
I bought a Renault Laguna from Chris Woods in February. The number plate was only stuck on with double sided tape.
of course the rear number plate got. lost.
i got in touch with Chris Woods. They sent me both front and rear number plates the next day. great after sales service. John Rowell
I would describe the following as badly needed, and invaluable feedback!
When I visited, I had the misfortune of meeting a patronising, sarcastic waffling little bald man (he didn t introduce himself, so this is for the purpose of identification) who tried to project his own inferiority complex onto me.
Having a background in psychoanalysis, I always test people like this by drawing them out to see what they re really like. After all, if I am about to embark upon the second largest expenditure that a normal person partakes in, I want to determine the honesty and integrity of the person that I m buying from.
He told me that I didn t know what I wanted, he tried to blind me with nonsense about HP and APR (I had done my homework and I have an IQ higher than yours, so the people don t understand APR line won t wash with me, second hand car salesman!) and obviously does the same to other people.
What this obnoxious little man fails to understand is that most real people may be polite to him - (after all, we re British aren t we?) but people aren t stupid, they will take offence, and they will walk away if spoken to and undermined like this.
I will never, ever buy from this dealership, and I will tell others of my very negative experience.
