I would describe the following as badly needed, and invaluable feedback!
When I visited, I had the misfortune of meeting a patronising, sarcastic waffling little bald man (he didn t introduce himself, so this is for the purpose of identification) who tried to project his own inferiority complex onto me.
Having a background in psychoanalysis, I always test people like this by drawing them out to see what they re really like. After all, if I am about to embark upon the second largest expenditure that a normal person partakes in, I want to determine the honesty and integrity of the person that I m buying from.

He told me that I didn t know what I wanted, he tried to blind me with nonsense about HP and APR (I had done my homework and I have an IQ higher than yours, so the people don t understand APR line won t wash with me, second hand car salesman!) and obviously does the same to other people.
What this obnoxious little man fails to understand is that most real people may be polite to him - (after all, we re British aren t we?) but people aren t stupid, they will take offence, and they will walk away if spoken to and undermined like this.
I will never, ever buy from this dealership, and I will tell others of my very negative experience.
