Horrible service,

Horrible service, a very important parcel was collected on Monday 18th with delivery scheduled for Wednesday 20th by 5pm. Its now Thursday 21st 5pm and still no parcel. I would never recommend this courier service to anyone. And no response to email enquiries either.

I have honestly never had worst service from a courier service. My package was supposed to arrive a month ago! I've called numerous times and no one had a clear or helpful response for me. Currently my package is sitting in one of their warehouses but for unknown reasons they can't deliver it to me.

The worst courier service I have ever used. Package has been sitting in a warehouse for a month now and after two weeks of emails and calling I still have no info on why it hasn't been delivered. Waiting for updates from 4 different people, still no progress made. Do not send anything with DSV, even when they don't mess up your delivery they take longer than most couriers to deliver.

Absolutely pathetic service. I upgraded my phone and am for awaiting delivery. They keep trying to contact my brother who is at school and cannot answer the phone. When they finally did arrive for delivery the otp went to him so they refused to release the phone. Now they have taken it back and made no attempt to redeliver it for weeks now. When you contact the call centre they won't help, they are utterly incompetent.

Absolutely terrible service !! I upgraded my contract and have been waiting for DSV to contact me regarding delivery but they have been trying to call the number that is in a router !! They don't think to contact the service provider to get an alternative number . I then call DSV and give them another number to contact me on and I am still waiting !! DSV can learn a thing or two from RAM ... They are amazing and deliver the day after you upgrade! I actually hate upgrading with this service provider because I always wait ages for my delivery .

A little confusing for me, security not really helpful at all. The pointed my to and forth from the one gate to the other and couldn't give proper directions to the office I had to go to. DSV wasn't bad.

STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS

You are better off using the post office. It takes 8 days to get a response from anyone via email. If you call they are full of empty promises.

The Most absolutely frustrating experience I have ever had with a courier.
