I've been a resident of Bryan for 34 years. My favorites are the sugar cookies with icing. I've been getting them as a little treat for myself. I just went in last Saturday and they have gone up to $3.75 for ONE cookie. I love them but I am not going to keep buying them or recommending them to anyone else at that price. Way too expensive for just a cookie. I think they have lost this customer because of the almighty dollar.

I came here looking for a gift. Bought 4 truffles at $3 apiece. They basically just shoved them in a box, left a finger print on one (the girl could only be bothered to put a glove on one hand) and ripped the box. At these prices, I would expect something more! I haven't been to Truman Chocolates yet, but surely it's not as bad.

There are a number of fun flavors and a variety of unique treats that are not so readily available elsewhere in College Station. The macarons were sublime. However, the prices were not quite worth it for us - particularly for the chocolate pieces.

Truffles are expensive ($2+ each), but so worth it! They're so tasty! They also serve cupcakes, gelato, and have recently added macarons to their repertoire. My favorite thing about the place is the kitchen has huge windows so you can watch them make all of the truffles/confections if you catch the baker in action!

We are obsessed with the chocolates here - the staff recognizes me as soon as I walk in! The chocolates make excellent gifts. They re beautifully designed and the flavors are varied and exceptional. My personal favorite is the cherry, but I love all the fruit flavors (strawberry, raspberry, yuzu lemon, key lime pie). They even have seasonal chocolates, like the peppermint flavor in winter, so check back often!

Now, the biggest downside is the price. It s a hard $3 per piece of chocolate, and there are no discounts for buying larger quantities. So this isn t somewhere you can swing by every week to grab 20 chocolates or something. But it s worth it for the quality! I do wish they d offer small price reductions if you bought in bulk, like 10 for $27, 12 for $33, 15 for $40, etc. since I typically buy in bulk for gifts around the holidays.

I am so sad that it's taken me 3 years of living here to try this place! I just fell in love with it here... the chocolates, gelato and Ciana were all amazing! I can't wait to try the baked items next time... and there will be a next time very soon.

My wife and I never did purchase anything to eat. We were so taken aback by the apathetic and rude customer service, we walked out. We were not greeted when we walked in (it was not busy) or when we were at the counter looking at the cashiers. We were then given a 'sorry, tough luck' answer when we asked for a specific item that had sold out (it was only 2 pm). We will not be returning.

I have been a fan of The Chocolate Gallery since they first opened. Their cupcakes, cakes, and chocolates are phenomenal. The first thing I noticed about the cupcakes are the size. Very huge, so so moist. Lots of frosting, which I love. It's fun to pop in and see what the specialty cupcakes are for the day. They have gelato now and it is tasty as well! Such interesting flavors. The location is lovely, you can tell they really take pride in the building. It's like an art gallery for chocolate. Ciana catered our wedding, and all of our guests raved at the quality. Definitely my favorite bakery!

Good chocolates but there is always a hint of chaos in this place. To many lines form up with no clear structure. That being said, time and mildly expensive chocolates that are slightly hit and miss. The hits are darn good though!

This place is the best place if your sweet teeth ache for chocolate. Not only can you marvel at the wide selection behind protecting glass, but you can also watch through glass into the actual manufacturing of these wrapped, chocolaty delicacies. I have to say this. The staff is super friendly. The prices are good. This is my fav destination in downtown Bryan. Oh, by the way, there is a comfy seating area. Enjoy your coffee and sweets among friends!

As an avid home baker, I was having a really difficult time finding a cake that was as good as or better than something I could make myself. I certainly didn t want to pay a premium for a sub-standard cake. Ciana truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the quality of cake I wanted for my wedding. She went so far as reviewing/making my own recipe and we came up with a game plan that worked. The cake was not only wonderful to taste but also very beautiful.

The times I ve actually been able to have the cupcakes, they ve been great. But don t expect to try one because every time I ve gone, they ve been out. I just came at 12 pm on a Saturday and they had no cupcakes left. I asked If they were making more since they were going to be open all day, and was told no.

If you ever get the chance to try one, be thankful.
