Building Management here is not good. one example managing the elevator facilities is not well managed. 1. There are 4 main lifts, but only 2 can be used (the 2 is not active), and even then often used by building employees passing to clean each floor, sometimes security patrolling or checking. As a result the lift is long 2. there is 1 Elevator stuff that sometimes error. 3. There is 1 VIP lift. but more often used by drivers and people who are not VIPs. Because it does not require access card to use this elevator. At 6 pm the elevator is disabled, even one day the working employees are told to leave the building on the grounds that 4 main lifts will be shut down and the freight lift is being damaged.

Office AC has problems, AC is hot. It has been reported to Builiding Management, he said Thursday, February 6, 2020 technicians will come. But to this day, February 10, there is still no technician to come. If you want to rent this building, better consider how slow this building is in dealing with problems. I'm not comfortable working in a building whose management is chaotic like this.

The water in this building is dead, so if you want to go to the restroom, you have to be careful. Ha ha ha ha....... Consider carefully before renting an office in this building. First, the elevator is often broken. Second, they apply strict safety standards, but do not have sensors or scans, but rather examine and open bags one by one. This takes time, so employees can be late.

The building management is very severe, in terms of elevator maintenance, air conditioning, cleanliness, water, and security, check that the bag of visitors must be told to open the bag. All of these things can hamper the time and comfort of all tenants .. !!! What's worse is that the fire warning alarm likes to turn on by itself and there's no information explaining why it's on ..? So the tenants can't distinguish which warning or the tool is broken ...? Hopefully this review will be seen by the owner and the service can be improved for all three office kirana tenants.

Why is tap water in the pantry and in a very small restroom. If you want to wash your hands for a long time, it makes a lot of pain. When is the day the water dies, If for a casual job, you can still rent it in this building. But if work demands that all things must be fast, with the same rental price, another building can be better.

I want to take photos for my sister's photography work. I was told by the security guard to ask for permission to go downstairs. I want a photo behind Burger King. When I go down the club I forbid me to take photos. Just clear the photos outside for permission.
