We took the lifts up to the top and walked down. Nice little day trip. Took about 2 hours. We had never been up to Chine Peak, they assume everyone knows where to go, so make sure to ask questions.

This resort is a real beauty! Riding the lift chairs up, then hiking/running down is exhilarating! Very peaceful place to breathe and have fun. In the summer, it is best to go in the morning to beat the crowd, but the bikers and hikers were all great. Just be mindful of each other on the trails (show courtesy to others who are out there). I'm glad they have amenities close by (restroom, lockers, and food). The food at the resort was good, basic chicken nuggets, burgers, fries, beer, etc. We enjoyed this location completely!

Hotel Staff (one person in particular) has been consistency rude and difficult to work with over the last few years and our last visit has prompted the writing of this review. My family loves skiing there but it seems the staff does not know how to treat or recognize their loyal customers. We have been season pass holders since 04 and have been skiing there since 1985. It makes us question if we will up our pass again this year. So Sad

Room was dated and not particularly clean. There were no cups or glasses in the room but there was a mini coffee pot. Upon further inspection the pot still had a used filter from a prior guest that had not been cleaned. Probably ok as a place to stay for a ski trip, but I wouldn't plan a vacation here.

Not the biggest or best ski hill but I rated it high because there were no crowds and it was a Saturday. Hill was groomed and in good condition. The inn was mediocre and expensive. Service and safety was exceptional

Didn't get to ski this trip but I haven't been here since they changed back to original name of China Peak. What a improvement to the place! It's well repaired and new equipment and facilities abound. Can't wait to return for a ski trip.
