The food was good. Unfortunately we got there for the buffet at 1:40, we were not aware (or told) that it ended at 2pm and nothing would be refilled until 4pm when the dinner buffet started.
Needless to say we paid $15+ per person for half plates of food. We could have just gone somewhere else and ordered combination plates for less money and eat more food. Live and learn.

This is the freshest Asian/American style food I have ever tasted in my blessed 45 years on earth. If you order plates off the menu I swear you will agree with me and everything in life itself will become as one with each bite. The freshest buffet I've had to date. I lived in Vegas for 4 years and I ate buffets. I know buffets.
Serious review: The service was good mainly because the greeting staff is very polite. the waiter staff is good, polite and quick they're not entirely personable but not rude either but also extremely quick to clear our empty plates and refill drinks most of the time. I liked the make your own noodle bowl but the chicken teriyaki is some of the freshest and juiciest I've ever eaten at a Chinese restaurant or even my own home, cooked by yours truly. I was surprised that they offered steamed crab legs and sushi as its not common at a lot of buffets. My family got the Prime Rib and it looked like it was cooked perfectly. Very juicy!

Went for a live stand-up comedy charity event...and loved the buffet. The buffet was very fresh and constantly being replenished. Made two trips to the buffet and tried to try other items but the General's chicken, rangoons and crab legs just kept filling my plate! Wish I save room for more sushi! Definitely didnt leave hungry. Great value for great food!

There was a varity of food and most of it was pretty good. The only complaint I had was the steamed crab legs were put in hot water (I guess to keep them warm) and this just made the shells too soft to crack open. You had to use a fork to split the shells to remove the meat. Other than that the service was very good.

Awesome buffet. It's definitely expensive at $20.99 per person, but once you see the choices you have, it's excellent. They were constantly keeping the food stocked up and warm, they also had some great desserts. Good service, polite waiters, great food!

Very disappointed with the food options for the buffet and the price. I also paid for tickets for the comedy show and they never even checked to see if l bought tickets. The staff was rude and not very accommodating for groups larger than 2 people. I wouldn't recommend China blossom for the food or the comedy show.

ive been going there for about 10 yrs.maybe once a month on a sunday. With they typical Americanized palate quasi Chinese food they serve i find it to be fresher than most buffets. NIce selection. Very nice remodeling of the dining room. I dont expect Asian wait staff to be super friendly as its not in the culture to be as European style wait staff are trained and willing to be. Ive been to many Asian type restaurants and the underlying feeling i perceive is take it or leave it. That said its a step above in many respects. Not too pricey either considering how many obese mostly white suburban folks gouge themselves on multiple plates of artery clogging fried meat, which id think would make for a higher priced buffet. Prices have crept up but not too much. Try it youll like it.

I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I feel like having a good dinner, this restaurant comes straight to my head. Great and all kinds of food and a rich menu.courteous team, and good ambience. And very important, the bill is fair. I recommend this place with no doubt.

Enjoy visiting their comedy club in the winter months, Lots of Laughs, always fun. They have a great buffet. The food is pretty good quality for Chinese food, not greasy at all. I did not grow up in town, but lived locally, and we always got take out from China Blossom, so I've been going here for years.

Quality & Pricing has taken a turn for the worse.. We ordered an entree, 2 appetizers and 2 soups and paid more than $50 for it. WOW. The entree was orange crispy beef..and although the meat was tender..there wasn't a hint of orange in the dish and nothing was crispy..but very soggy. Haven't been in over a year..and it will probably be even longer before we go back again.

Went for dinner buffet. There was a price increase from last time which rounded off to between 15-20%.
It was crowded, but the employees and service was good. The food selection was good but in the rear two options disappeared. This was odd since I liked them and because of the price increase. I didn't like that you couldn't ask for which cut of prime rib you wanted. That is suspect customer service.

In the front there were three stations for food. The selections were good. On the side there were several trays of cake. At least one was almost empty. There was a fridge with ice creams but I saw only one scoop.

Further on, I saw some soup in the corner. The items in the stations were clearly marked.

The drink I had was terrible, but they were kind enough to take it off the bill.

I think what offended me the most is the suggested tips that started at 18% and that I believe excluded the tax and moved to 20% and 22%. I have been to hundreds if not thousands of restaurants and never saw the suggested baseline tip that high.

And these suggested tips were for a buffet not a meal!

The dinning area was dark and bland, but still comfortable.

Overall the restaurant experience was average, nothing stood out as exceptional.

Next time, I am going to try the menu rather than a buffet that cos $22.95 a person.

I still recommend this restaurant, but I wanted to inform of my opinion.

Good luck
