It s OK. Barely hear any noise from neighbours (idk if they re even though LOL!) But it s pretty mediocre compared to other apartments. 3/5
No one ever in the office there is things that need to get fixed n never do ur basically left to fix ur own things n good luck getting a hold someone
Apartments are ok nothing fancy. Honestly the patch and paint job of the apartment is really poor and wasn't very clean prior to moving in but rent is affordable and apartments close to town so all in all its ok
Landlord constantly has an attitude. Landlord & maitence people are too busy forming friendships & chattering than to do their jobs. You can never get ahold of anyone. Nothing around here gets fixed. You could call 20 times (no exaggeration bc I've done it) and no one will come to fix it or bother to call you back. If someone does bother to come, its half done & will need fixed again within a month. Laundry is constantly coming up stolen and nothing is done to try & get it back. They have cameras but don't want to fix them. Oh, and dont forget about the drama. Cops are here constantly. I recommend this place temporarily & even than it's not worth it.
