I'd like to start here with my Community Service and see how it goes

I recently called in to file a complaint about one of their employee's (Alasa H.) and it seems like there's some sort of "COVER-UP" amongst the agency. Alasa was caught "illegally harboring a minor". She then proceeded to lie to CSR about it. I don't care if it's the " pandemic". Do your dam job CSR and investigate. Don't try and cover up for another employee. You're supposed to be an organization working for the "people", not trying to finagle your way out of serious complaints. Complain to insurance companies, complain to the CEO, and if they don't take you serious by then, file lawsuits.

I had the worst experience working with this agency.

The service's upstairs were great for my son however the daycare sucked. My son came home with a deep scratches on his face and the school couldn't tell me what happened to him. It looked like an adult tried to grab him by the face. My son was too young to tell me exactly what happened. I went to the director and told her and I also told her I wanted to see the video from that day so I can see what happened to my son. The director never got back to me with a copy of the video......

i do work in this company and i have the worst experience of my life , the director is so mean with the people very disrespectful and she don't have common sense she treat her employ as a slave and don't pay enough money she want to pay me 10 for work with kids and 40 hours a week but with no benefits , and when you need a day off she start asking about your life and ask you to call your mom or dad to make your staff , she use you and then she fire you when she feel she don't need you any more, she have favorite people in the center, if you are part of her favorite people then you are ok and even tho if you are wrong she will say you are fine, but if you are not part of her favorite people you have to pray every single day to survive in this center, she like to fire people for no reason some teachers in that center shouldn't be working with kids but those one are the favorite people of her team.

My grandson had services and the staff was really mediocre, the only thing that was achieved was more problems and stress than we already had, they talked more about his personal life. They do not have any supervision and so that they realize how bad they work they have to MAKE A COMPLAINT DIRECTLY WITH THEIR MEDICAL INSURANCE. YOU MUST TAKE NOTE OF EVERYTHING WITH DATE AND TIME.
