The place was unorganized the food was slow they had nothing pre-cooked for the evening Rush there were people waiting in the Drive-Thru and inside the manager even came out and asked if we would like to change our order to something else that would take less time to cook all we wanted was chicken strips should be the most popular item since it is number one and number two on their menu. We also went back 3 days later to give them a second try the chicken strips We're so salty that we couldn't eat them this is obviously not one of the best locations

Delicious, hot and fresh, best rolls and ice tea especially sweet, but not worth $45 family meal thru delivery

We always go there because my wife loves their sweet tea and my grandchildren love the chicken tenders and okra. They just remodeled the place recently it's nice and clean with friendly service

They must not know the difference between a biscuit and a roll. I asked for a biscuit and got a roll. The okra was too salty. At least the chicken was warm when I got home.

Snack packs are a great bang for the buck food is always fresh and hot. The morning staff is super nice and friendly. Some of the afternoon employees tend to have an attitude sometimes.

Ordered two if the four piece meals and the boxes were stuffed full of goodness. Will skip the fried pickles next time.

The manger on duty tonight (Dyhasa?) was excellent with my last minute large order. The whole crew got the order out faster than I expected.

In the short time we have lived in the Benbrook area, the Chicken Express location here has ruined our customer experience, as well as been extremely sub par, versus other much superior locations. Today was no different. I called in my order and asked for both flavors of Serendity spice and Texas Pete packets to be added to my order. None of these condiments were in my order and napkins were absent as well. The drive through attendant was improperly wearing his mask with his nose not covered and two other associates inside weren't wearing masks at all! The chicken was overcooked and oily, the ocra was undercooked and the mashed potatoes were dry. Hard not to believe that our order was composed of left overs from the night before. NEVER AGAIN... I'll drive out of my way to eat elsewhere!! Chicken Express doesn't get another cent from my bank account. I'll be calling corporate, in order to issue a formal complaint as well!!

Great experience, service is fenomenal. We originally ask for 20 chicken strips the only issue was that it came with 1 side order and my daughters wanted two, so the cashier suggested the managers special Wich it is 15 with 2 side ( for 3 people is more than enough). He care more to service than to upsell.

Extremely rude staff who do not wear their face masks properly. When I pointed out that a staff member wasn t wearing his mask properly he said, oh I m well aware. Disgusting place!

Horrible service. Person taking order can't hear you. I had to repeat order 3x's. Then I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet tea. It clearly says on my receipt SWEET tea. I went on my lunch shop I didn't have time to go back. Why give an option if its ignored.

My son & I love the Chicken tenders at Chicken Express! However, I don't like that they give the same amount of gravy for 7 tenders as the do for 4 tenders.... they make you pay for more gravy although you already paid for more chicken....the amount of gravy ought to be increased with the increase of chicken!!

Always good. Consistent flavor and good choices for the sides. Sadly the yeast rolls were mediocre and dry this time. The turn over rate here is massive. Not sure what is going on with that.

Took 26 min for a 3 piece catfish dinner but it was decent. Would have gone elsewhere though had i known. Drive through said 8-10 min. Over 3 times as long really is far from fast food.

Love their chicken. I usually get the #4 combo with 2 breasts. The pieces are so big that I eat one breast and save the other breast for another meal!

I can't believe this place is still in business. How does a chicken restaurant never have any chicken?!?! I just honestly don't understand! This hasn't happened just once or twice its happened several times! The staff is rude and could care less! Horrible place! The owner needs to take a hard look at the reviews and realize they need a big change. I honestly can't believe it's lasted this long. I Do not go there anymore! I DO NOT recommend this place! Unless you want bottom of the barrel left overs. Because that's all they ever have. Not a way to run a business. Its a shame, I used to love chicken express!

Most amazing management! Never had a problem with any of them or their team of managers. Tyler is very professional and extremely nice. I recommend this Chicken Express over any other and will drive here to eat before another chicken express for sure!!!

Chicken was dry and not hot and fresh. Service was friendly.

I really like Chicken Express, however, today s visit was disappointing. The chicken was over overcooked and the fries were undercooked. I threw both in the trash.

Amazing sweet tea and fried chicken, chicken tenders (my favorite) and lots of delicious sides to complete your meal.

Fast service good food and they always get my order right

the chicken has not been very high quality for a long time. it is stringy and not as flavorful. the french fries are always disgusting and limp. c'mon chicken e... you're losing local customers... is that okay with you?
