I've never been to a Chick-fil-A and experienced a bad service. The servers are always cheerful and helpful. This Chick-fil-A is always very busy and you can wait forever in the drive-thru so we ordered carryout on the mobile app It seems that this time the drive-thru was moving faster than carry out. Still good food still good service.

Food is awesome! Service is very friendly and polite. They bring your order to your table n if you aren't satisfied with what you ordered they will replace/exchange it but if there is a price difference you pay it or you get money back. The restaurant is very clean n so is rest rooms. There is a play place for the kids n there is a kids menu n high chairs too. Great place but can get busy too. One of my favorite places to eat...can be a bit costly for fast food though. Remember ya get what you pay for though.

If I could give more stars, I would! Absolutely LOVE this place. Regardless of the location, I can always count on fast, friendly, service! My orders over the years have always been correct, so that is definitely a plus, they always have a smile on their face and I never see anyone slacking. They all work together as a team, never hear anyone complaining or sighing like you would at other fast food restaurants. Usually pretty busy whenever we go, but well worth the wait with the kind of service that is given! Great job, everyone!!

I will not support a business that gives money to hate organizations. I can get chicken anywhere and, honestly, Popeye's is far superior anyway. Do yourself a favor and go get something with flavor that doesn't give money to hate groups.

Excellent food and service. I love the one in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, Glenbrook Mall with a curbside service, you drive up and they bring it right to you in minutes, it is excellent when you're in a hurry. It's definitely worth getting the app and trying it.

Great food and great service! The lines were a little long but they did a good job of getting our milkshakes out to us quickly. And they tasted delicious as always

I love Chick-fil-A and usually my experiences are nothing but pleasurable...but the visit I had to this particular store was less than satisfactory. Apparently, they were out of all drinks, except Diet Coke, bottled water, and lemonade. After ordering the lemonade, the cashier asked if it was alright without ICE...so I assume they were out of ice too! I was never offered sauce for my chicken tenders...I had to ask. When I sat down and opened my tenders, they were burnt...not to a crisp, but dark brown. Instead of bringing them back, I ate them and walked away. Needless to say, if I am ever in Ft. Wayne again and craving Chick-fil-A, I will be looking for ANY store other than this one.

Very upbeat and outgoing. Especially when I didn t see the kids meals on the regular menu. He laughed and pointed right in front on my face. My bad. Lol

The food is exactly as great as you have heard, the staff are exactly as professional as all service staff SHOULD be, but are not - meaning they are courteous and patient and fast and efficient (in the way few are today), the owners live up to their CHRISTIAN - yes, CHRISTIAN values, by putting their money where their hearts are, and closing on The Lord's Day.......there aren't enough good things to say about this, and all Chick-Fil-A restaurants. God bless you. Wait, God IS blessing you! Deservedly!

Service at Chick-fil-A is always top-notch! I've never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A, and the Fort Wayne Glenbrook location is no different.

One of my favorite restaurants in Fort Wayne! The Chick-fil-A sauce is amazing and their customer service is always the best.

The cashier standing at the menu was extremely unprofessional. She was very attentive to the male with us. She was not worried about her actual job whatsoever. Not only was she more worried about his name and his favorite Juul flavor, but she asked him if she could hit his Juul. And she did. WHILE WE WERE ORDERING OUR FOOD. If you re not aware, it s a nicotine vape device. Needless to say, we haven t returned since and don t really have an intention to.

These guys are rockstars when it comes to drive thru orders. My wife and I ordered on a busy hot day. Two gals were taking people's orders in advance and also payments. The line seemed to be moving pretty fast despite how long it was (lots of people love the Lord's chicken). A young gentleman double checked our order halfway through line as there are two lines that alternate to form a single line before pickup. We only waited about 5 minutes tops I'd say. For a busy restaurant that delivers delicious food, I'd say that's awesome! Keep up the great work and customer service guys! You rock!

Had an another amazing experience at Chick-fil-A today. Despite all the hustle and bustle, people are friendly, kind, and helpful. I love the lead-by-example mentality they have. I asked for the managers name today. SHOUT OUT TO BEN DUVALL. Never seen someone hustle so much, and to find out he s a manager and trying to set an example for his team. MIND BLOWN. This guy should be the poster child for hard work and the Chick-fil-A way.

Went in and had friendly service and food came out pretty quickly even though they were super busy. Got more than half way through my spicy chicken sandwich and found a big black hair in it I took it up to the manager to let them know and he asked if I wanted another one. I said no because I pretty much ate it all before finding it and was mostly full and grossed out by it. He just said ok I'll tell the kitchen. No real apologies or tries to make it better other than a new sandwich. Sorry I didn't want a new one when I just found a hair in it and it grossed me out. Would have liked an apology or maybe a refund.

If you don't mind the mall madness or you are stuck in the mall this place is great. Very nice staff and fresh food. Closed Sundays.
