Delicious food! Well mannered staff! An all around great dining experience!

Fries weren't that hot, did not receive a receipt, and cashier was clueless on how to handle first 100 card. Will be going to another CFA restaurant to use my remaining 51 free meals.

I'll start by saying I've never been here during breakfast hours. But any time I have visited this location whether it be "peak" hours or not they are ALWAYS busy. The drive thru wraps around the building most times. With that being said, I've never seen the crew running frantically or yelling at each other etc, everyone keeps their cool and things get done. Yes, there is a wait for your food but as explained above they're a highly frequented establishment. They still keep the lobby floors and tables clean and the condiments stocked during the madness. They still manage tableside service and will bring you ketchup if you forgot it. Keep up the good work!

This crew has it figured out. Amazingly organized and came out fast and fresh. Everyone was so nice. Zach took my order, thanks Zach!!

Same chick fil a as any other but the service is so slow that the drive through line backs up into the street which disrupts traffic. I can't see why people would even do this, i mean how desperate are you for chick fil a?

Fresh food and management is trying to manage the drive-through line to the best of their ability, especially during Covid. I knocked a couple stars off due to some of the drive through staff during two of my most-recent visits to their drive-through. While trying to keep up with the longer lines, they ve given some employees tablets to take customer s orders before you get to the usual call box. Great idea in theory but not great if you don t have the menu memorized like myself :) So, cars behind you in line (that do know what they d like...all the way out to the street) get to order ahead of you, putting your order behind theirs. When I ve asked for a visual menu, before being passed up for cars behind me, they informed me they did not have any besides the main menu by the drive-through window. Once you re in a CFA line, you re along for the ride regardless of how long you have to wait for your food and how sassy the youngsters working the tablets are to you ;) Management is receptive and understanding, which is why I m giving a middle-level review and not poor.

Some kids can t have the juice or the milk. There should be a substitution allowed for something other than water, like a second side, even if it costs an extra dollar I d rather do that. My child cannot have the juice or the milk (which should be whole milk by the way for kids anyways) but they wouldn t substitute. And actually they couldn t seem to understand what I was even asking, even when a manager got involved we couldn t seem to figure it out. So sadly I just left and went to McDonald s where we have more options and they allow for substitutions. It s really unfortunate, because I hate feeding my kid McDonald s, but at least we can get what we want for what we pay for.

This particular Chick-fil-A's employees are so cheery and helpful it's almost creepy. The parking lot it TIGHT but if the line gets too long they will walk your order out as soon as it's ready and have you just pay them through like an iPad swipe thing. Always very busy but I never end up waiting that long.

What can I say is Chick-fil-A inventors of the chicken sandwich, hmmm GOOD that's delivery with Uber enjoy enjoy enjoy honey mustard is just the tops.

I love Chick-fil-A chicken. Their drive-thru does 10 to take a long long time to get through but if you go into the establishment the orders come out fairly quick and the food is always good.

I still don't understand the big hype about this place. The food is okay, but overpriced in my opinion and the line is always ridiculously long. Their lemonade is good, I guess, but I have a hard time supporting a company that doesn't support equal human rights.

Now I m not sure if there was a scheduling error, of it was out of complete ignorance, but today the outside workers were both darker toned complexion. When I seen that, I told myself to wait and see if there were any black people working the front counter. And to my disappointment there wasn t. The workers looked as if they were in their teens, and were sweating profusely. You d like to think that the company would provide them with a way to stay cool in 90 degree weather.

When I entered the merchant and went up to the pick up counter for a doordash order I was not even acknowledged by the employees. I stood there for 10 mins before someone decided to ask if I had been taken care of or not. Then I find out that they didn't even start the order yet after waiting 10 mins and now I'm expected to wait even longer because of their incompetence. I don't understand why people praise chick fil a because honestly they're no better than some of the McDonalds I visit. Very horrible customer service.

I love chick-fil-a with every part of me, it is my go to fast food. If this scale were a scale of 1-5 stars based solely on only chick-fil-a establishments this place would definitely get 1 STAR. Every.single.time. I go there which is frequently, there is always a missing item that I paid for. Chick-fil-a is the best there is no comparison, most places you don t even need to check the bag. It is without fail that every time I pull out of the drive thru something is missing. I work in the industry I understand mistakes happen... but at this point in probably the last 7-8 times I ve been there I am out atleast $40 of missing food. I have even kindly called before to just let them know that this is continuously a problem, which is something I never do because I know mistakes happen, but it s starting to get very old. You still have my business, as it is in my direction to work but I ll definitely never leave the parking lot without double checking the bag.

The lines are long, the food is usually hot. The staff isn't as friendly as other Chick-Fil-A's though.

Delicious food but always ridiculously crowded and takes forever. I'd go here WAY more if it weren't for that.

We come to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week and they are consistently amazing!

SLOW line, even at 3 pm, wasn't that long a line when I pulled up, simply extremely slow moving. Gal who took my order couldn't take payment, was told to pay at umbrella, but no one was there, so it slowed down the food hand off gal, bcs she had to take payment, too. Cobb salad wasn't very large, sometimes it's a nice size, other times, like today, it's not.

The traffic lanes around the building are a mess, but the food is always good and the staff is friendly.

The staff here really cares about their customers experience. The chicken sandwiches and wraps, are great, as usual. The inside has a play place, which is awesome. Overall great place for fast food. Their employee, Jineen, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great.

Great food, the chicken here is always super good and filling! The staff are also really kind, helpful, and considerate of they're costumers. It's nice to see a good restaurant with staff who really care, thank you Chick-fil-A!! For parents with little ones, there is a play place if you need a little break. On top of having a good dine-in experience, the drive through is just as good. They're always patient and considerate if you decide to look at the menu to try something new!

Love this place. Very good selection of healthy food. Just dont go during breakfast, lunch or dinner if your in a rush. They are very busy.

Went with a party of eight and the service was excellent! Quick and polite!

We were using bite squad and when we opend the sandwich there was a chewed piece of gum on the sandwich we are very dissapointed

Good customer service, however the longest waits I ve ever experienced in the drive through out of any other locations ... and I ve been to fruitville in Sarasota and 41 in Bradenton the one in st Pete beach & Tyrone regularly ... good service just speed it up it s worst then Burger King long lines

At times. Many cars will be wrapped around the whole building making impossible to order or even leave to the property.

Check yourl order of chicken strips before you leave. They only gave us two strips instead of three a d a tiny piece if scrap that should have gone in trash or just put in the order as extra. I couldnt drive back. I'm dissatisfied!

It's always busy and management doesn't seem to have a handle on it. But there is a descent amount of parking spaces.

Love the food, hate that covid is being stretched beyond reason, the virus is slowing.... OPEN your doors! I'd also like to see an option on the one app to order a dozen of plain or buttered biscuits. This option is not available for even one plain biscuit.

Visited this location, again... this time just before closing as I was at the office very late that day. My chicken sandwich (#1) was cold. Tried the new mac n cheese which was great. The employees are very friendly but so slow paced. Changed my 3 stars to 1. I know I'll still go to this location if I don't stop at the one closer to my house but come on CFA, let's step our game up here, please! I love CFA; you're hurtin' my soul!
