Customer service at an extremely low level. Difficult contact by phone and direct. I could not get through all day, I had to go there in person. The grumbled man to provide customer service provided me information on purpose, because he was staring at the monitor screen. I was given to understand that I am not the right customer for them, because my car is already 12 years old ... To this poor level of service, the service prices have been inflated three times. I do not recommend.

After choosing a car from the offer that I got, I paid an advance. The only remark I had was leasing, where the bank demanded the economic situation from last year, which is normal. However, to demand from the client financial results for the first quarter of 2020 in May, especially when paying 45% (in addition, we already have a car in PSA for several months without any arrears) is probably an exaggeration. Sharing these comments I said that I can arrange leasing on my own because it is also not very attractive.
The head of the salon, Mrs. Beata Z., went mad and wrote back to me that I should adapt to the conditions or look for another salon. This is how they approach customers. Calling a landline is also a miracle. Even in a rightly past era, I have not experienced such humiliation. I will never look here in my life and of course I advise you to avoid wide-ranging.

Fortunately, there are two other salons next to it. And I chose the manufacturer who makes cars in which the viewers were not able to exploit the car's components. On the positive side, there is parking for customers. Generally, I do not recommend.

Peugeot 107. Service action on gaskets of rear door windows - visit arranged at 8:00 am and took about an hour ... In the end, it lasted to a trifle 12 ... Theoretically, gaskets were replaced, only interesting ones because they are all old. I understand that this is a car from 2008 and the service in the service of such a vehicle has no interest, but without exaggeration ... The only thing that saves the situation is the machine with free coffee and the fact of "cleaning up" the car.

I recommend with a pure heart! Great approach to the customer, nice atmosphere. Immediately after entering, they took an interest in me, offered coffee, and after a while a salesman appeared. Everything is clearly and specifically discussed. I found the perfect car for my family, I will definitely come back here when my next car is planned.

I do not recommend totally. The highest level of unprofessionalism and indifference towards the client. Not saying that they never answer the phone, they write to the e-mails once a week, and to explain anything you just have to go there - otherwise you can not. If you value your time and nerves, definitely avoid this site.

Very nice until you pay for a new car. Later approach pay and s ........ j. Reporting 1cm varnish chipping under warranty in a 2-month car the nearest date for inspection in 10 days. You don't have time to come and take one picture. When asked about a replacement car, you shouldn't be scheduled for repairs. What I care if they put the nail polish on properly would not have to repair it. So if you expect that you will buy a new Peugeot with a service and assistance package and will have peace of mind then you can convert.

I had very serious problems with my car and only this service was up to the task (the leasing company unfortunately had these serious problems with the car in deep respect) and helped me and successfully solved my problems including negotiations with the headquarters. We were on the go to austria, so it was very kind to get an appointment quickly. Our problem wasn t dramatic but of a safety concern. the windscreen washer was defect, apparently due to a little fellow marten, who ate the tube which lead to the washer. Although the problem wasn t so dramatic Mr. Cezary Sidorowicz, who was our serviceconsultant, treated us and the car very carefully and respectfully. He kept us updated, showed us every corner of the psa retail building which was necessary and offered us coffee and drinks always being kind and polite. We are not used to such great service, even in vienna at mercedes-benz there isn t such great service as here, so the the entire stay didn t feel like a colossal timewaste. Thanks a lot to Mr. Cezary Sidorowicz and his team. It is good to know, that you are well treated here and i hope other customers will have a similar experience.

Hopelessness. You can not get through to the service, I tried half a day and a piece of the next day. Finally, I found the form on the page and arranged a visit. Upon arrival, it turned out that despite receiving the form, the review would not do, because they did not confirm the application. Ie. they did not call and did not say "you can come." When asked why they did not inform me that I had no reason to take a leave from work and come to a self-service place because they did not have time for me, they did not deign. On my complaint that they can not be reached by calling, they said they know, but the person receiving the calls has holidays (sic!). All this happened in the atmosphere "we do not have your coat and what will you do to us?". I have dealt with many car services, but I have not encountered anything like this since the times just right. Give a wide berth.

I recommend this salon, especially Mr. Adam's sales advisor. Very efficient and effective, and what is increasingly rare nowadays (and of course I had contact with the competition before choosing Peugeot), very involved in the project and in relations with the client.

I don't know what this website is solid about, but you can't refuse to make a balloon a customer. I exchanged front brakes at a "promotional" price of ~ 800 PLN. The advertising poster said "that we can finally afford us the original Peugeot parts" or something like that. I decided on a replacement in the Peugeot, I put it on that they know their products and I will zadowoly their services. After receiving the car I was very pleased! But until the first beeping of the brakes. I drove after driving about 400km to the site with a complaint. Mr. serviceman, whom I greet, said that the brakes are so squeaky. Well, maybe, but as he admitted, not in his car. In addition, I became postraszonty that as they enter the well and will not cause squeaking brakes is I will have to pay ~ 300 PLN. It turned out also that the brakes which were to be orgyginalne peugeotowskie - are replacements for the factory, which explains squealing. When I referred to the poster, you are a bit confused and say yes, they put in but original replacements. After the warranty repair the brakes squeaked - I drove around 1500.
Poor, One Time and Unkind. He doesn't pay heavy money for ASOs to ask for a solid repair.

After a two-week waiting for an appointment I just found out that the car will not fit into the workshop, and earlier it was agreed with the workshop that the car has a height of 3, 20m said that it can easily fit up to 3.50m. The service I do not recommend after the previous repair of the car was a dirty center, the upholstery was to wash the car was dirty, it was not even cleaned after repair, after 3 weeks of waiting. You need to learn the manners of good manners and addressing the client. There is not even a bit of professionalism in it !!!!!!! Only those can deal with laying the spring on the shelves.

I managed to replace it during the warranty Peugeot, but after 2 months as the warranty ended, it rusty again. The driver's, passenger's door and tailgate also rust, but Peugeot Polska has not accepted the warranty for a month after the varnish warranty ... No argument goes to Peugeot Polska. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this brand.
