If you doubt the existence of God, clearly you've never had Chick-fil-A, because the only rational explanation for their chicken to be so consistently on point is heavenly intervention. I only wish they were open Sundays. I always crave their food on Sundays, and then I have to take my disappointed ass down the street to get some godless, dry, heathen chicken.

Always busy but are able to get through the drive thru fairly fast. Only thing I don't like is if the line is really long, sometimes it backs up into 4th street north.
Super yum. But why can't I just order? Why is a 15 year old standing in the rain when there is a call box with the full menu displayed? Just sayin.
Has really gone downhill last couple years. Parking lot remodel made it harder to get service and made wait times for drive through and parking lot too long for the average family to deal with. Management seems uninterested in fixing the issues.

I went there yesterday around noon, staff was very friendly and my chicken sandwich was good but i had hair on me and my babies fries that i was not to happy about.
Hate the long wait everytime I go. Those chicken sandwiches are to die for and those strawberry shakes, mouthwatering.
Always packed but handle the heavy traffic very well.

Just found a hair on my food. Not the first time but definitely the last as I'm done with Chik-fil-a. Not only am I not eating here at this location or any other but it's time to get the health department involved. When you work with serving food to the public there needs to be health standards and clearly there are none. The best thing you can do is take pictures or videos of all the issues at a restaurant that just employs people that don't care about the well being of others you have food poisoning and hepatitis and other issues. In this world people only care when they're made to care which is the result of some government agency or a lawsuit. Just walking away and eating somewhere else doesn't fix the problem. After this restaurant has a big enough lawsuit or has it's locations shutdown then there's a chance that the correct course of action will be taken.
The food is hot and good. However, a woman just spilled her milkshake, and it went everywhere. The staff put out a caution sign and then literally watched the woman clean it herself. There are more than enough staff in here who could have helped this poor lady.
Chick-fil-A is the best by far of any of the fast food chains

It's Chick-fil-A, the food is always good as expected and so is the service. But the particular location that I visit on 4th Street is extremely busy! They do a lot of volume at that location to where their drive-thru is wrapped around the building one and a half times, no matter what time of day. The poor employees are standing outside in the rain taking orders to get the customers off the street, so it doesn't cause an accident. They've been open for a couple years now and they even shut down for six weeks to build a second drive thru and a bigger kitchen. It's still not enough because their business doesn't slow down. I suggest they just build another one a couple blocks down the road from it, or right next to it.
Great place workers friendly. I don't know if it's me but the chicken biscuits seems very salty.

Good waffle fries and the chicken nuggets are chuncks of real white meat chicken.
Good food,friendly staff,great place to take kids to play.They have a play area inside so even on a hot day you can come in & cool off & even grab a bite.

I work with door dash unfortunately coming here is a nightmare they have 15 workers and the wait time is typically over 15 minutes when its SLOW when its busy its much slower. No one respondes until you have to say something i dont get it. When its busy forget it your waiting over 30 so if u get an order for 6.00 what a waist of time... Also pet peve of sanitation dont put the straws in togo cups... Most places has the food ready or i place the order. Normally i decline taking orders for this place. Makes you feel as a pain in the thorn for the company... For example i got my order today at 3 took 24 minutes to recieve items pretty frustrating as a driver
This restaurant is amazing. There's a ton of people in the drive thru and inside but Chic Fil A knows how to handle them, in a very polite way. I had my 2.5 year old and the cashier, without hesitation, told me I have my hands full and he'll bring my drinks to me! After sitting for what seemed like 30 seconds my drinks came and my food followed. I love their Spicy South West Chicken salad, my husband had tree deluxe and fries and our little guy had the kids meal. Everything was wonderful even the other guest.

Usually a great place.. but to allow dogs in a restaurant that arent service dogs is disgusting and the manager on duty did nothing..dog was even trying to jump on customers..
I lived across the street from here for 5 years and I never once had poor service from them. The food is always fresh and the service is always good.

The staff is working hard even during covid-19. The extended their drive-thru line and the number of people working the line so you can get in and out in approximately the same amount of time as normal. Everyone is nice and wearing masks as they talk to you at your car. Great service still good food.

They have chicken and love Jesus. Sunday is a day of rest and vegetables.
Staff and management are super friendly. Its like eating at a restaurant, they bring your food to your table. Though its a really bad location though, there always backing up the right lane traffic on 4th St cause there always busy.
5 star customer service! During the pandemic the employees worked together to keep the drive thru line and parking lot organized. I want them to know that their hard work is recognized and appreciated.
This week I've been to this exact restaurant twice . Both times they left the spoon out of bag for soup and no dressing EITHER TIME for salad. Tonight I even specifically asked the guy is the dressing in the bag.. yeah.. his response. Drove off no dressing had to park get out of my car and walk in get it. Got home no spoon for the yogurt and no tortilla strips for the soup. Somebody needs a little coaching.... not delighted
