Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North Review

I had a peach milk shake & grilled chicken sandwich. The shake was delicious . The sandwich was ok. Their breaded chicken sandwich is much better, & the waffle fries, oh my, they're the bomb!

On 8/8/20 - 840am: I ordered 2 chicken egg and cheese biscuits and 2 large frozen coffees. When I got home and opened the biscuit, there was a METAL SHAVING on then chicken! Pretty disturbing to find and makes me wonder if it was done intentionally.

Very good and the service was excellent and had me coming back more than 1 time

Ordered grilled nuggets and didn't get it, how c as n you mess up on one item!@@

I don't like pulling in and going through the drive-thruand they don't let you look at the menu they have a girl standing there asking you what you want and she tells you some of the items that are on the menuI don't think it's safe for the employees to be breathing carbon monoxide standing out there taking orders

Drive thru was packed but they were very prompt and courteous. But they forgot the Polynesian sauce for our 5 chicken sandwiches.

Food is great. Gluten free options. Smiling employees.

Its good, but a line that wraps around twice!! Its chicken! Not much different than other chicken offerings. They do offer good service and line moves pretty quickly, but packed from open to close! If I were chikfila peeps, I would build many more!!

Besides vegans, who doesn't love chicfila. I have yet to find a chifila that wasn't consistent to excellent customer service and great food!

Its chikfila. Looked like they were doing some construction as the awning was new. They only had one lane open for the breakfast rush which was weird to me. Our food was correct and the staff was nice.

Sandwiches are gristly half the time, the other half you don't get one because the line wraps about the building.

One of the few times any CFA screwed up the drive thru experience.

Worst location EVER. I always get oranges for my daughter and they refused to give me all oranges. Why? Every other location will. Manager tries to feed me some lines about "oh they are all mixed together". You can't accommodate a customer asking for a simple request? Sounds like you're too lazy. I will NEVER come to this location again.

This location was amazing to watch the drive thru efficiency. Cars were wrapped around the building, but the cars were moving. Plus a double drive thru.

This location is across the street from my house (so we go there a lot as you can imagine). However, they always get my order wrong and are rude when I them ask to fix it, for they fail to realise I can see their facial expressions and hear their snotty remaks

Extremely busy location but super efficient service. As always, very friendly staff and delicious food.

Delicious food, polite service. Very efficient with drive thru - even with a super long line you don't wait a super long time!

"Someone was looking for you." I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich after sitting directly in front of the counter.

It seems like the food is not as good as it was. Maybe it was always the same but now it's everywhere.

Chicken Biscuit everyday! It's quick easy and always a pleasure.

I used the app to have my order brought to my car. It doesn't give a chance to get condiments.

They out started the other fast food chains by adding players outside taking orders to speed up orders. Great sandwiches but kind of expensive...GOOD THOUGH

Never know where or how get in line and ...where to order where to pu? Young women said she wants food but when sees line out in Street she PASSES BY. Elderly gentleman said sign out front a joke (recruiting) said Always like this he came inside cause driv thru even more Unorganized. Getting In Only Issue Here. Not open Sunday. They Cater (see picture cater truck) Usually there are lines out door onto 4th Street can be Hazerdous. Food and Gr8. Must be a Reason for the Line. ...And the Frostied Coffee for Mom...OMG... 3/12/19 Left Unorganized. Gr8 Ice Coffee only $1.89 large...elsewhere & here it is $3.00+ Gee what is up with that? Will get my ice coffee elsewhere can not deal with such stress............... saves me

Their new system through the drivethru is awesome! The process took less than 3 minutes!

The food, ofc, is amazinggg!! Their milkshakes are to die for!

This is my favorite restraint chain and one of my favorite locations. They always have the food ready fast even if the line is in the street. They are very nice and organized. I ve never gotten an order wrong from them.

We went in during lunch time and it was very busy. Jeremy brought us our food and my mom saw that I had ordered a frosted coffee and wanted one also. Jeremy went and brought my mom a frosted coffee even though she already ordered a lemonade. My mom also ordered the wrong sauce and wasn't sure which sauce she liked. Jeremy brought us one of each sauce so she could pick out the correct sauce, then he brought us more of the Chikfila sauce. Jeremy was friendly, fast, and genuine.

My daughter loves Chick-Fil-A. The best chicken sandwich and nuggets around. We live there party trays for our events

Fave place. Mad respect for them and their respect to the Sabbath/Sunday s. Busy but make sure they have coverage/staffed. Love their original chicken sandwiches! Superfood is amazing natural energy!

Drink was running low on syrup. Kind of flat. Gave me the wrong sauce for nuggets and only one ranch for my wifes nuggets. Food was good

I used to love Chick fil a but lately the chicken seems smaller and less quality. Still love the waffle fries but for the prices, I want the large chicken breasts they used to have on their sandwiches. It would also be nice to get a half sweet, half unsweet tea when you ask for it instead of straight sweet tea (too sweet for me)

Really nice staff and fast service. The downside it that the floor is dirty, although that is usual if e.g. kids drop their food.

Terrible. Person with the tablet to take orders skipped me over and when I got to the window they wouldn't let me place an order. Told me I'd have to get back in line to order. Phewey.

This restaurant presented everything i would expect from a Chic-fil-A. I would be tempted to vote them down for the slowness of the drive-thru, but I expect that is just part of the Chic-fil-A experience.

This place is consistently great!!! Never disappointed.

The breakfast chicken bagel it is 3.99 + tax and they re giving you half of a sandwich worth of chicken

Wouldn't give them 1 star if I had a choice, worst customer service ever. Specifically have asked for chickfila sauce, on both occasions and they gave me something completely different. Even went back and asked for chickfila sauce and was given an attitude because they messed up. I had 30 minutes for my lunch break and spent the whole thing trying to get the correct sauce

Everytime I go there the line is wrapped around the building, and everytime I still get through the line faster than if I had gone to a McDonald's with one car there.

Love the chicken sandwiches. Friendly staff, just wish they were open on Sundays. Unfortunately I crave them more, on the weekend.
