Went to their location at Coral Ridge Mall. It was VERY busy! They did great job handling traffic by taking orders while you waited in line, refilling drinks and their food is always consistant ly the same and good.

I just had an incredible experience I have NEVER experienced at any other restaurant before!!!!

There were only three people plus myself who were in line, ordered our food and quickly received our drinks, and then stood in the waiting area.

We each waited maybe 3-5 minutes maximum for our hot food to be made fresh to order. As we stood waiting as previously mentioned with our beverages to keep us refreshed until our orders came up.

Not one person in line looked rushed, upset or frustrated by the wait. We just got our napkins, straws and kept ourselves occupied as we listened for our names to be called.

The amazing thing was that as our food was handed to us, the gentleman apologized for the wait and then handed us a Be Our Guest... card. This allows for a choice of a free: Sandwich, or Nuggets.

I am speechless.

Chik Fil A is doing things differently than everyone else and it shows. It s not just Their Pleasure , it s ours to enjoy the above and beyond attitude and gratitude mentality.

The food is fantastic! The staff is so nice. I usually get the regular chicken sandwich, but I remove pickle. add tomato, lettuce, and Colby jack cheese. it is great!

Excellent experience!! Was there on a super busy Friday night and had to wait only about 5 minutes for nuggets and they gave us a gift card for a free sandwich next visit. The food was all hot and delicious!! The new mac and cheese is phenomenal, tastes like homemade baked mac. The kids got free ice cream since it was kids night at the mall and an employee even came out into the dining area and asked us and others if everything was okay!! Perfect experience!

It's just not that tasty. It might have been an off day, but I was unimpressed.

Always good food , service, and is clean and the only place that serves food and has a play area for kids.

Okay. Long wait for my family that went before me, short wait for me. My opinion is that the service was inconsistent, by the fact I noticed orders were not served in the order taken. My chicken sandwich was tasty and large.

Poor quality & execution...unlike a typical stand alone chick-fil-A...maybe hard to find help on mall location?

Always happy with my experience here. From the food to the service, it really is a place that makes you feel good when you leave. Workers are fantastic. Training program must be top notch and other businesses should take note.

The staff is always very friendly and the food is always delicious and fresh. It's the only food court restaurant in Coral Ridge Mall that has someone walling around asking if you need anything or a refill on your drink!

This place is horrible in so many ways. Cannot understand how they stay in business with such greasy awful meat. I made a big mistake going there.

The chicken is so good, bummer it's not open Sundays tho. And being in the food court at the mall is kind of annoying.
