Bad location. Nothing in walking distance. Located in a ghettoish area - probable reason why majority of the hotel staff are black. Located between 2 separate rail lines - noisy evenings while you sleep. The older counter lady was very rude.

My experience here was overall great. Hotel room was neat and clean. The bathroom was very nice and there was even a hairdryer. The lobby seemed very cozy and the workers were overall nice and welcoming. I very much enjoyed that they offered a shuttle service to Soldier Field for the BTS concert that night. Would recommend to stay here.

Awesome stay. The staff was great, very easy check-in. Ample onsite free parking space. They have a cafe downstairs, but it was closed during our visit. the room was great, comfy bed, clean and a great space to live in for 4 days. Not too far from downtown, an uber POOL ride costs 4-5 bucks for 2 people anywhere in downtown.

It is a great hotel and clean, a little far from downtown but ok. I wish I could get some breakfast but it was closed. Housekeeping is outstanding especially a housekeeper named Sandy. She was great with directions to the best Puerto Rican food in Chicago, it was a little far from the hotel but by far the best. She also was a pleasure to talk to, she is very funny and you can tell she takes great pride in her work and her city. Tell her to soak her feet every night and she should be better. Thanks Sandy for all your kindness to myself and my wife.

Loved my Room!! Definitely will keep this place in mind the next time I come to Chicago!

Good value for money. The rooms are clean and spatious. I was a little worried about the area (ie. Thinking it was a bit sketchy) but turned out to be absolutey fine. Would stay here again when on a budget

Very nice spacious room, with a nice large bathroom. Very clean too.

Over priced card key not working end up getting locked out or room 1 stuff member she was very rude like really rude to my daughter and me later making me wait for about 40 minutes just to tell her maintenance guy there was sitting across from us she could have gone to break into the room so we could switch to a different room and that's what end up happening the hotel is old over prize rest of the staff good that was on Sunday July 26 I hope management have a talk with this employee that was working that night she was very unprofessional the way she treated us especially with my daughter

Meh... clean, accommodating, and friendly... not sure I would stay again, though... there are better options for the price.
