Most times all staff are friendly sometimes there is a long wait even if you have an appointment, it just really depends on who you are seeing and for what that day. Today my appointment was at 10 and I left at 10:55 less than an hour which is great. I favor this location because not only is it close to my house, this location is also big. Parking is good too. They have a free parking structure directly across the street if there is no free street parking left.

I started coming here as a child and this place was fine but now, as an adult, I realize that the receptionist is a terrible person. I was told to call my primary care doctor if I was experiencing symptoms after my surgery and she hung up on me, the doctors here are all very kind and even most of the people that work in the front but she needs to be fired.

I ve left my number so you guys can call me back plenty of times now I know you may be overwhelmed., but I need help too Please hire more people to answer the phone .... I really like Dr. CABE and Adrianna, but unfortunately its very hard getting through to the office, even through the portal the turn around time is too long. Unfortunately I will be switching providers with the next open enrollment.

LOTS!!! of unprofessionalism. Closed its Covid testing site,hours before it was suppose to. Gave me the run around literally because my appt time was scheduled after the time they decided to close down. I'm still in disbelief, as to what I experienced!!

If health care expects us to pay these exorbitant ...

If health care expects us to pay these exorbitant prices then they must answer the phone! While I know this is common practice in health care this must stop. Half the time patients are calling because they do not believe, or even better, understand they are experiencing an emergency. Waiting on hold is unacceptable. Imagine how long a secretary, nurse, or doctor would wait for you if you told them you "are experiencing unusual call volume and their call would be answered in the order it was received." Why should we wait [this long] for them? Answer your phone!!!!

I'm Aidan's mom giving this review whatever you do do not go to Chicago Family health center on 91st and exchange to get covid testing because you will not get results for very long time if you even get results my son got tested there on December 8th and today is December 15th and I called them and they told me that they lost my son's test results now my son has to get retested all over

I started coming here when I was pregnant With my now 14 year old! Then the service was great I think their speciality is prenatal! They used to have have a good pediatrics dept but it has went completely down since Dr. Torren left! It s great for nothing serious visits but anything that requires a deeper look you can forget it! Find another place
