Bad experience. Were delivering a phone and scheduled two days in a row when I was not home. It said on the app that I could change the delivery time. Tried both days and no-one on customer service would do it for me. Niet thuis code didn't work first night either.

Research shows that the shipment has been delivered to the aforementioned address. Following this inquiry, the driver confirmed that he actually delivered the consignment to the consignee.
EN POSTNL says: "" That the delivery person has forgotten to ask me the last few digits of my ID! ??
I was not even home and it is not my signature !! Who is lying? LIMANGO or POSTNL? Because apparently the delivery person can keep or lose a package and tell his boss (PostNL) '' forgot to ask for the last few digits of his ID and sign off himself !!! Delivery driver himself signed and said to his boss "Forgotten"
Well no package and almost 70 euros poorer by Limango! The delivery person has forgotten to ask me for my last digits of my ID and has signed off and this is all possible !! I CAN SHOW I WAS NOT AT HOME BUT AT WORK SO HOW THEN ???
PLEASE CONTACT THE CONSUMER BOND MONDAY !!

What a bad service and what a horrible company to deal with. Calling is very discouraged as the phone number is so hidden. An unexpected shipment is attempted without notice to be delivered to me. Unfortunately I missed the delivery person. I do find a note in the mail. The takeaway counter that is mentioned is closed. The delivery person I approached at my door a few days later knew nothing about it and had no idea where my package was going. I called customer service (first you can find all the wrong phone numbers on Google, but after a long search I found the right number anyway) but ended up in a queue. After waiting for almost 20 minutes I hung up. I don't know about anything, I don't expect anything, but I can't do anything with it. In fact ... I no longer care about the flute.

terrible people from the company, maybe they too slow..

Every time I am to receive a package they promise ...

Every time I am to receive a package they promise a delivery time in their T&T and change it a few hours before scheduled delivery.
Then I, every time, take contact to the customer service - starting with the annoying robot - and every time I get the same answer "Take contact to the place where you purchased your goods, so they can start an investigation".
Simply useless.

Ordered a package, this is delivered by post nl
Then first the package is expected today, do you stay home all day, it appears to have been delivered yesterday, so the date has suddenly been adjusted, no one at home, sent to post and pick-up point, you arrive there, package cannot be found , it says on post nl app that it is damaged and going back, well and no warranty because I did not have my package insured, so if the mail deliverer scraps your package that arrives at their place, they are not responsible for the damage, while you have it delivered to them and paid for it, no you have to insure all your parcels before sending something, because then you only have a guarantee, what a bad company, postal delivery can demolish everything unnoticed and not turn it up, I never go have more delivered by post nl, and that's for sure!

Worst package delivery company I have ever experie...

Worst package delivery company I have ever experienced.
They never know where the packages actually are, why they are delayed or anything at all. Every time I ask them they tell me to ask the point of purchase.
The delivery guys also never know how to use the BringMe boxes.
I though PostNord in Denmark/Sweden was bad, but this is PostNL show is crazy. Excusing themselves with the heatwave is btw pretty silly.
