Chianti Grill Review

Wonderful, comfortable ambiance. We were here for a late-night snack. Everything we ordered was delicious, rich and flavorful. Stuffed mushrooms, seared ahi, and Brussels sprouts fit the bill, ending the meal with a decedent mint cheesecake. Yum!

Excellent service. We had two staff attending to our large party. They were great!!!

It's was a great experience. My wife wanted pasta, I wanted steak. We got both and great service too!

On occasions like Mothers- Fathers Day and Easter, we like to try different buffet restaurants, but NOTHING comes close to Chianti Grill. The price is just right and the food and staff are great.

*Tip, book the mentioned occasions early as possible as they will be booked. Then you're left with places that charge way too much and provide less quality.

Everyone must try the carrot cake, it is the best I have ever had and it feeds 5 people!

Food is good but its very loud and chaotic during peak times.

I just took my friend here on Saturday at 5pm. It was a bit of a wait but the warm coffee drink I had while waiting was amazing. Julie the server in the bar was equally amazing, she was fun, honest, quick and really made my time there memorable. Michelle was my server at the table and she was very helpful and nice, she allowed me to try some red wines that I was not positive about, and even gave me a suggestion. I had the butternut squash ravioli, which was delicious, on the smaller side portion wise, but came with salad and bread.

Good food and good environment. Service was good too.

Great to-go meal of seafood canneloni. Too bad my Ceasars salad didn't have any dressing.

Food was delicious.. On nice day outside seating is nice. Some mention road noise as a issue.. Never had any issue with that.. You are outside it comes with territory

We go to this brunch 3-4 times a year. It is good, not great. Food is rather bland, service is very good, and the setting is lovely.

Sunday brunch buffet had a variety of food choices that were all delicious and the service was excellent.

Met some friend's there for Good Food & Great Conversation! The waitress was amazing(gave us time to chit chat). Ordering was smooth (she was Very knowledgeable about the specials & overall menu). I ordered spaghetti & meat balls ( the meat balls were too bland for my liking-not even a bit of salt & pepper?)
The restaurant & the experience is well worth trying for yourself.

I came with high hopes and left disappointment.. There was a thirty minute wait but I found a great little spot in the bar. I've been in the cities for a conference and decided to try something new. I Googled places near me and this popped up. Staff is friendly Kristin K. was a lovely waitress providing good service. The Italian Lemonade was very tasty, salad was ok, but the Blackened Ribeye Steak and Garlic Mash Potatoes not so much.. The steak was tough and potatoes gritty. I guess going to an Italian restaurant I should've ordered Italian right?!

This place has great food. We went on a Friday and didn't wait very long to be seated. The wait staff was friendly. I had the lasagna and it was fantastic. Huge portions as well.

Food is hot, flavor is good,they need to change the menu occasionally. We have been going there for several years and the buffet items never change

Love this place. Everything we've tried is amazing. I try something new each time I go and am never disappointed. The service is always top notch. Highly recommended. They do get busy so plan ahead.

We ve been here twice and both times were awful experiences. On anniversary dinner, we got an attitude from a waitress after we returned a steak that was rare as rare can be when it was requested as medium (due to her pregnancy), and overall the service was horrible, food was bland.

Second experience, we showed up when the restaurant about half full. When the hostess noticed we had dared to bring our children to eat with us, she told us straight-faced it d be an hour wait for our slightly large party of 8 in a half-full restaurant. Guess they just hate kids in their boojee establishment or our money isn t green enough or something.

Nice atmosphere, modern decor and comfortable place. Severs are great ensuring you have the best experience. They have a lunch buffet Monday-Friday, it features a couple soup, couple salads and pasta, also pizza. It's good for the price and flavor is good.

At the first moment you step in that restaurant they give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous team, it is a happy restaurant to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. very good meals, creative chef, honest cost and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

Went for a meal at noon but they only had the brunch till 2.00 it was so so.

I had an appetizer....wings and a salad was very good. A bit pricey ..

Service was great. The food was ok...the clam chowder was like warm and the tuna was over cooked. I'm sure this is not always the case. We will try it again

Good Italian food. Reminds me too much of olive garden except a little pricier. There wasn't much to differentiate them.

Briana is the best waitress ever! Great menu and I've never had something I didn't love.

Made reservations, we were seated timely at a large table even though reservations were for two. There were placements for 4 people. Atmosphere is really nice. We waited a LONG time before we stopped an adjacent waitress and asked who was our waitress. When water was brought, it appeared they assumed there were four people. The service was really poor, but the food was good, although they brought out one order which was wrong. We were helped by an adjacent waitress several times. Our waitress rarely checked on us and we had the bus person summons our waitress for drink refills. We ordered an additional meal to take home. Prior to being done, or being offered our desert options, the take home meal was brought out, so we skipped desert so the food wouldn t get cold. I love the atmosphere and hope we get a different waiter next time. The waitress reached across during service of food and retrieving ware. Very disappointed.

Update- I did call weeks ago and left a message but no one called back.

This is my favorite restaurant. The people and service are always great and the food is too.

Chianti has tasty food, but that's not what makes eating there such a wonderful experience. They take that food and offer it with an extensive list of cocktails, wine and beer. Not to mention the service is great as well. For example, if you get Johnny as your server then you're definitely in for a treat! He was attentive, knowledgeable and upbeat.

Excellent service, staff, and overall environment as they are family friendly, but the reason for 4 stars is my wife and I were told our sons birthday was free and we were actually charged like $11.00, it kind of blind sided us but other than that wonderful .

Great food and wine! We had the bacon wrapped scallops, crab cakes, zuppa di fresco, steak tips and walleye for dinner. It was all delicious. We also really enjoyed their carrot cake! The place has a great patio too!

Delicious food! The foccacia bread was heavenly and the Chilean sea bass was absolutely exquisite! Best fish I've had in a long time! Service is wonderful and everyone is socially distanced properly!

I was here yesterday for lunch with a good friend and had a spicy penne pasta carbonara. Service was good, prompt and the food was tasty, although it wasn t spicy at all.
We sat in the bar which was nice and comfortable. I would definitely come back but next time I think I d try the covered patio.

For a chain it's way to expensive for the location and food quality.

Really good crab cakes. Chicken was under cooked. Tortellini w ham & peas in cream sauce was also very good. Quality service.

That's like a unique place for one's comfort zone. I love their Sunday brunch, their foods is always an excellent taste at all times, manager on duty, approaches you in a friendly manner of speaking to you nicely, made it easy to visit again! Thanks

Fantastic atmosphere. Perfect for a lunch date with friends or a romantic dinner. Prices are more than fair. You pay a premium but get quality food. Our meals were all delicious. Really impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the resturante. Will be back here for sure!

Best pork chop I've ever had my whole life 58 years on this planet and have never tasted something this good... And even though I was wearing blue jeans and a safety orange T-shirt they treated me as if I was wearing Armani AAA service AAA food AAA atmosphere at an affordable price do yourself a favor order the the peach BBQ pork chop that comes with brown sugar brussel sprouts top it off with the raspberry chocolate chip ice cream it'll make you feel good! We went for a birthday and were not disappointed. While busy to capacity we were not rushed, service was friendly and attentive. Food was better than what passes as Italian at the chains these days.

Friendly waitstaff. Good food, but a bit overpriced. Worth checking out to see if you like it.

very disappointed for my first and last visit here. wow stares all around first from staff right when i walked in to customers! i know i must be so mesmerizing being one of the few POC in this joint.. anyway now let s review the food! everything is salty. the breadsticks. the pasta. the salad. how can you mess up a salad?! seriously the chef needs to lay off the sodium. the chef was also no help and not willing to accommodate to our needs. please learn the recipes and ingredients to accommodate your guests.

For the prices I was not impressed, flavor was lacking. They did had a nice happy hour tho, on appetizers and drinks. Wishing that their 'wine by the glass' had more to offer. Their list was short and simple.

It was probably just a bad day for the cook. My meal was oily and salty. Sorry but I can't remember the name of my dish. Our waitress was nice but she took forever to come back after saying " I'll be right back with your....."

Had a wonderful birthday dinner tonight. Our server Jenna Frazee is awesome,made the whole experience top notch!!!

Was a really good place to eat for dinner time. The customer service is great!! I got the spaghetti and meatball pasta and my friend got the spicy chicken penne pasta, they both were really good!! They will give you a salad as a side with a few options. Will greet you with water once you take a seat. Employees are really nice!!
