From last fifty they are not refunded the money I was calling them daily they are saying next from last four week very poor service
Loss of Signal issues all the time. No immediate fixes or solutions. Paid for 3 months and thinking if it's useless.
Its became very common that every time the customers will pay the money each month and internet will get cut off frequently. There will no prior intimation or message that network connection will be available or not. We pay and use the internet , and we are not using for free.
Everytime I need to raise tickets to resolve the issues, and the customer care always says the false truth that this wont happen and as a consumer i'm deeply frustrated by the service provided by cherrinet, there is no prior communication if any issues and everytime it makes to switch over a new network operator. This would be last time, i'm gonna use cherrinet for sure. Please fix the network issue or cut off the connection so that I can switch to any other network operators. Thank you
don't pay advance or deposit for Cherrinet connection, they will not return back the money when you are cancel the line.
Best in class customer support for this price segment and there is less issue compare to other networks Internet working very smooth and very fast technical agents
In current scenario locked down,As per the Indian Gov Broad band services should be provide there support how other filed are providing but even we cant reach anyone to any executor and no response since last sat 29-March-2020 .

cherrinet Is good in internet speed and service. but only problem is sometime connection get disconnected 3 time in a week. but they are very fast in recovering in it
Such a disgusting network. Internet does not work super often. Every month minimum 5 to 6 complaints are been raised stating that the network is not working. The complaint never ever gets resolved when needed they taken more than 36 hours to even act on the 'Emergency complain'. They are least bothered about their customers. Their customer service is worst service i have ever seen in my entire life. They hang up the call when asked upon the status of the internet and no call back update is given to the customers. Total waste - Prefer NOT TO USE CHERRINET AT ALL.
I requested for new connection and Ravi from sales team promised me 1 day for activation. Didn't get any call even after 5 days. I then asked them to cancel my new connection and they are yet to refund money (1 month rental) which I paid upfront
There is no escalation mechanism like in Airtel or ACT and hence the worst customer support
If you are taking new connection Please don't accept advance rental (6 months or 12 months). Its better to test it with minimal amount

I could not imagine how can a broadband service be so amazing! Their service is just literally seamless. I have been using it for last four months and I have never faced any issues unlike all other broadband services I availed earlier. I just love their service. Keep up the good work. Thanks a lot!
First they promise 150 Mbps before installation, after they install and if you see the speed is less, they say stories like this is the speed your pc/router supports. They say whatever speed you get is correct, though it is half of the promised speed. Fraud.

There is nothing much to say about this wastenet! For speed pls refer the attachment if you cant download or see (PING:57ms Download speed: 7.04Mbps Upload speed:1.71Mbps ) In fact both ping servers are cherrinet. They say we give only single band modem just because of competitors and we have to buy routers separately. Service and Support, BSNL is doing far better. Money value is same for everybody plz dont waste with "Cherri(waste)net"
Never ever choose this ISP. If you go with them you will end up in false promises. They have installed my service more than a year ago stating they will provide me new modem and router within a week still they are not installing it. They will provide the service with the speed of 200Mbps, but the router they install will have maximum potential of 100Mbps. If u connect a device through WiFi there will be a loss of 80% and the company states that is usual (Even after changing the router). They will inform us to check through LAN in which there will be a nominal loss of 20% and the company gives the same explanation. If you don t have any other ISP in your area for a normal usage you can go with this brand. Else it s waste of money. Atleast 3-4 times the line will become dead in a month and that too in a peak hour. Very poor customer service. If u ask them not to close a ticket they will close it without any proper response. Instea of going with this service if you have BSNL feasible in your area you can go for that.

I'm warning you don't ever choose cherrinet I made a mistake by choosing them, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen, they will make you wait for two months and you have to call them everyday for refund... I had the most irritating experience with cherrinet.. There is no option for zero star that's why I'm giving one star
Worst service I've ever seen. I get issues with this WiFi every two weeks. They don't fix the issue permanently they do it only for a name sake.
You need to call the Customer care more than 20 times only then they will come to see the issue
If you mention that ur in chennai you have to provide for any street or any location in chennai. Simply telling no feasibility in this location that location is un professionalism.
Net was dead slow . While calling that time at present time will be speed aftr 10 mins again net will be gone. Some times net wont available. No customer care available at anytime. No 27*7 customer service. I complained yesterday 7pm till nw no respond fr my complain.

When I called them they said whole pondicherry it was issue will rectify today and will arrange call back. bu till today there is no single response from Cherrinet side. Not even single call from them, Whenever I am calling, we will arrange the call back. till now response . The most useless service, you'll ever get in your life. Customer care is pathetic. They don't bother to provide you with adequate service and only thing they care about is subscription. They'll pesture you, 15 days prior to expiry of your plan and they wouldn't provide even a single day of extra service , if you have delayed or forgot to pay the subscription fee. But they won't resolve your problems for days together, if you can keep on reminding them. All you get is a useless assurance from the service provider on other side. Hopeless service ...,

Cherrinet is not reliable.. i dint get any response from back end team, even i complaint to customer care multiple times. Past three days i did not get internet. And few month before it was almost two weeks i faced this issue.
I love the quality of cherrinet internet but when am trying to relocate option with cherrinet they alla very irresponsible to speak and give the service even I ready to pay my 3 month plan amount in advance but they can't give in 5 days . Still they don't know how much days it will take from the old addres to next street address I hate this

I had been using cherrinet for almost an year now, and i am quite happy with their commitment. I never faced any drop in speed, its been consistent throughout, they have upgraded me twice within this short period of time without any additional cost, though i know they did it to compete other major ISP's like act and hathway who were ready to give more data at the same price. Still i am thankful that they took a note of it and upgraded their existing customers. I would give them 9 out of 10 for being wonderful in their services and competitive tariff. Keep it up, check hathway tarrif, they came up with a plan of rs 999 where they are giving 1tb gata with 150 mbps, where as i am paying 1200 for just 150gb, see if you can change your tariff to beat them. My cherry net ID - 401232 from ECR kottivakkam and using it for the past 3 years . I always opt for yearly reacharge of 14.5k to reduce short term payment headaches. Their signals and speed is fluctuating rapidly since 3 months as people are promising one and delivering one......they are assuring 150 mbps speed but in real it does not cross even 40mbps....lately for the past one month I am just getting between 12 to 16 mbps......after several complaints those service guys will advice us that if we plug it in directly in system we will get high speed and in wi-Fi we will get low only......so then I told them to mention it in their Adv pamphlet that their speed will be less in wi-fi devices. The very purpose of using wi-Fi network is to use for our mobile devices like hand phone, Tablets & laptops. If these people are asking us to plug in directly to avail high speed then it s rediculous & shows inefficiency from their side to boost up the required speed.
Now my demand is either you provide me the promised speed or else refund my balance money that is lying with you......I have various options of ACT & Hathaway in our street and reliance is already laying fibre optics poles in our locality. Customer care immediately address this serious issue and sort it out or else refund. Don t Mis guide people by ur attractive ads. It s a clear case of cheating the public .

Very bad service, Closing/shifting connection is nightmare, no one knows what is the procedure, i made a request for closing connection on 2 months back , still now i did not received phone call from the service team for collecting modem and they did not returned my deposit also. i strongly recommend not to choose cherrinet for internet
Great service and great value.Has good pings to Indian and Singapore servers ,so suitable for Gamers and AWS services users. If there is any fiber cuts , repair is made on the same day or next day.
We have been using cherrinet for more than 4 years now. We have always had timely help. Quick network fixes and uninterrupted connectivity is much appreciated.

If u are looking for internet u will use while gaming never ever buy Cherrinet product. Internet is way too unstable to play. Its too slow that even web pages don't load fast and take million years ACT is a better option and I can get way faster and more max download amount for same price.
Poor Network. Shuts down every week. Though technical support arrives and fixes in a day or two, frequent interruptions are a nuisance and hampers productivity. Since it's prepaid, no cost adjustments for days without internet. Loss to the customers. Not recommended.
Sales was very impressive.. In jus 4 days some dosconnection for 2 days and such episodes repeated. Both Tech team and Support team fails to communicate properly with customer before closing complaints.. I was offered validity extension by the sales team for the genuine outage but to my dissatisfaction i found the finance team treat like I'm begging.. Threw the connection off in 3 months.. Im sure i will not get my refund..

You got scale up way too much before you can throw so much attitude at customers.. Without you, I have many ways to have internet, Without us, u have no Business..
