BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY. This place is such a fraud, they are not BBB certified. I will be reporting this to the insurance company about fraud. My father is in the hospital right know because of the lack of medical care this company provides. Runs test after test and bills the insurance company. Scans after scans without giving results. They tell my parents the have to come back for another visit when results don t come back on time. The hospital ran the same tests had them in hours. Now my father has a blood infection, intestinal infection. God only knows what else. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PARENTS DON T ALLOW THEM TO GO TO THIS PLACE. Chen medical puts money before patients. 05/25/2021 here is my update. My father never left the hospital. He died on 04/13/2021. This could have been avoided if they would have given my father proper medical care.

Very sad that what seems to be a good company wants to hire an unpaid intern for over 6 months to do this. These requirements are the job, just pay people what they deserve for working a full time job for you.

EVERYBODY IS SO SWEET HERE. THIS WAS WHERE I TOOK MY MOTHER TO SEE HER DR FOR 6 YEARS TILL SHE DIED IN 2006. NOW MY HUSBAND & I GO HERE. IT'S BEEN ABOUT14 YEARS. THE DOCTOR'S REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. WE LOVE EVERY ONE IN THIS OFFICE.

I wanted to express my deepest Gratitude To this company, not only do they go above and beyond for their patients;but they also go above and Beyond for their employees too. There Medical Director Rob is Amazing, and is doing so much for our Family and we cannot thank you enough From the bottom of our hearts.

Worst place to visit. Doctors care however received the most rudest most disrespectful service I've ever seen by a young women. Professionalism was not there nor knowledge. She was on her phone ignoring me. I'm glad I cought her name. Josie the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No class for such a well put together young lady. Looks are deceiving. Attitude at worst. Please hire more qualified candidates.
