Ok, this was our first time eating here so let's start with the good: food was actually really good. The burger's and fries were on point, but the service was not that good. Like I said it was our first time so I let the YOUNG girl know that up front, and asked her how things work, she just looked at us and said nothing. Boy talk about poor customer servic. oh yeah if you don't drink sodas then I recommend that you BYOB.
Pretty good burger. Place was pretty clean when I went but had a strong bleach smell. Staff was friendly. Expect to spend about $10 per person.

Needless to say, we were hungry after completing a 7 mile hike on the mountain trails. Eating here...Hit-the-spot. I received my food Hot & Fast!

Solid and consistent burger. It is also very close to the main mall and movie theater. It is not as fast as most burger places, but that is a good thing. You can see them making everything fresh.
I was early for the movie so I decided to duck in this venue since it was so close to the theater. There was a guy sitting in the booth next to me eating a burger and fries that had a smell that reminded me of old times. I ordered and snuck the food in the movie and I enjoyed it more than the movie.
Phew. Be super full. And for a comfortable price. I liked the concept that the customer can grab the condiments of the amburguesa at will.
The burgers were meh, but not disgusting. But the floor is sticky. And music... Use some radio station or whatever with normal songs. Awful experience
Bland burgers and cheap ingredients. Dont waste your time. My husband and I were excited when someone told us it was great, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Also, the restuaraunt was not very clean.

Food decent. Store front in Green Hills. terrible!!! The floors are all sticky. So sticky that when I pick up my feet my Sandle stays while my food moves. The booths are held together with ducts tape and it's a long wait for your food. Needs a serious clean.
Burgers good, chicken tenders average, decent customer service. The biggest problem was the atmosphere -- it was noticeably dirty, making for an unpleasant dining experience.

Gross, if it wasn't for that I was meeting my husband here I would of turned and walked out. I came here because of the great service I received when I first came. From the surface this restaurant appears to have gone way down Tape holds stuffing inside horribly worn booths. Condiments' counter filthy. Music blaring. Needed staff should be cleaning and picking up the sign that had been blown over. As I was ordering I asked the staffer at the counter, "Have you tried the special you are advertising." Her face was as deadpanned as you can get while she said, "No." There was not an enthusiastic or friendly bone in her body. I followed up with, "Would you recommend I try the Turkey Burger?". Response, "Dunno." I then asked, "What can you tell me about your hot dogs?" She gave me a perplexed look. I clarified, "What kind of hot dogs do you serve?" She went to the refrigerator behind her, peeked inside, returned to the counter and said, "Dunno." I said, "Could I talk to your manager?" She yelled over to the cook and asked, "What kind of hot dogs do we have?" He answered, "Beef" and kept on cooking. I yelled over to him, "Pure Beef?" He looked at me and kindly responded, "Yes, pure beef." I will stop here. The lady at the cashier continued to make my experience unpleasant.
We would recommend the food and give it a "4". But tough to ignore the poor service and lack of cleanliness. Please keep the counters and floors clean , upgrade the booths AND find some decent staff --- AND we will return for the food over and over!!!!
Average burger. They give you bread and meat. You add rest next, whatever you like and they have some choices. Typical burger price with fries and soda 11$. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for premium burger.
I knew I had made a mistake the second I walked in, but, like a fool, I ordered anyway.
The burger took 20 mins to arrive. I witnessed the cook finish texting and eating something until like 3 other ordered piled up then started cooking my food. After looking at the toppings bar, which had obviously been sitting out all day, I opted to go with condiments only.
Fries sucked, burger was overcooked and greasy. Place smelled....off. Seats held together by duct tape. Floors were gross. Almost all the tables were dirty. This place is a sad sack, right plunk in the middle of Green Hills, sandwiched in between two much better establishments (Johnathan's and Table 3). SKIP THIS NASTY PLACE.
Pretty good place and prices are fair. Service was good and ability to build your own burger is also nice. The place is a bit dated though, couch is used up, and pieces are coming out of it, some dirt is also visible in the corners on the floor, probably haven't been cleaned in a while. Food is excellent!

First of all, the owner is VERY rude and the cashier has no clue to what is going on! They constantly change their prices on the menu. When asked how much something cost, today it is $5.00 and the next day it's $7.00. The ice machine and ice has MOLD in it. When I let them know they did NOTHING about it and continued to allow customers to get ice instead of clean it out!!! The floors are sticky and there are flies fling around the salad bar. The food is not all that great eat at your on risk!!

I went there a couple weeks ago, just to grab something before I went to see a movie. So I go in and place my order and pay(this was during closing time), then I walked up to the condiments/toppings bar and spotted a water bug on the tomatoes! I took a picture showed the manager quietly, well she did the unexpected. She went over and knocked the bug off on the floor! Didn t remove the tomato it was left the whole pan there and asked if I wanted fresh tomatoes from the fridge in the back. Then when the starting to close up she had the workers that were there go and wrap everything up(the toppings from the bar) including the TOMATOES, I politely stopped and told them to throw it out because it was bugs on it and I didn t know if she was going to try to save it for the next day or what and plus that s very unsanitary and can possibly harm someone s health. So with saying all this PLEASE be cautious when eating from here.
First I want to say I d give this a zero based on customer service alone. AVOID THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE! The cashier at the front named Destiny J. should be fired immediately and I feel sorry for anyone being looked at by her. I can t say waited on or served because she completely fails to do anything resembling that. When approaching the register she will not greet you or ask what you want to order. She set about cleaning the counter, typing in her register, and calling over to the cooks while not making any eye contact with me or saying it will be a minute. She then stared at me and then kept looking over my shoulder at a group of woman behind me as if she knew them or was suspicious of them. She finally after a minute said okay to me which was my prompt to order. She didn t smile once at the person before or after me and my boyfriend. Then my boyfriend orders and he wanted a side of onion rings, to which she says We re not doing that. He pauses and then says Okay what about fries, and again she says We re not doing that. After asking for yet another side he gives up on the sides. She never stated We re out just that she wasn t going to let him order it. Then we go to find a seat and notice half of the booths are taped over because of all the holes in the vinyl, the condiment area is all sticky and coated to where you can t touch it without getting ketchup on you from any angle, the napkin despeners haven t been cleaned in about 2 years and have dust all over, not to mention the dirty floors and walls. Needless to say we re regretting paying for anything at this point and want our food and to leave only we realize this buzzing noise we keep hearing is an intercom that s broken and anyone calling numbers can t be heard. People just walk up to the counter and ask each time if that s their order only to be told rudely by anyone Isn t that the number I just called out?! Also it should be mentioned about the side of fries, that we noticed the group of women behind us recieved sides with each of their orders and when my boyfriend went to claim ours the cook called over Hey man, we got extra fries. You want some?, which to us says he overheard and knew we got refused service. This is possibly not the first time this has happened with Destiny and her judging of who gets sides and who doesn t.

First, I would not even rate this place a 1. I would give it a 0 if I could. We paid $35.00 for the worse food ever. All burgers were burnt and not warm and had no taste to them. Fries were not hot but we re eatable. Even the bread was burnt and had to have them remake 1 of the burgers. The child s burger was burnt so bad she would not even eat it. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant when we ordered and we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. The restaurant was not clean and restrooms were disgusting. After we finally got our meal and was almost finished we watched the cashier pick her nose and wiped it on her pants and never washed her hands. We have looked for a phone number to call corporate to report them to but can not find one listed for them. I was shocked to receive this kind of service in Green Hills.
Nastiest restaurant I have ever been to. The burger took 20 mins and there were only two orders in front of me. The floors were gross and had not been cleaned in months. The seats had duct tape all over them. The fryer was absolutely gross and I bet had not been cleaned for two weeks. Burger arrived and it was a chunk of black stuff with tons of seasoning on it. I can't imagine the owner has eaten at his own restaurant in a long time. I don't normally write reviews but this one had to be written. This place needs a total overhaul

Fresh hot and delicious juicy burger. But we and the group after us didn't get the pineapple we ordered on our burgers. Still a top burger joint. Super fresh. 10000x better than the previous burger restaurant at this same location years ago.
I have been quite disappointed. Benches are actually taped together with duct tape. And the Burger can have just a little bit more seasoning. I think it is overpriced for a place that is poorly put together

Where to start? Guy slouched over the counter, sipping on a shake who took my order, had trouble finding anything on the register, shoved a slip at me to sign, and interrupted my ordering to say goodbye to a cute girl leaving. I had to ask for my drink cup. While I was getting my drink, I hear the cook say, "I don't want to make onion rings, tell them we are out of rings." I was informed my rings were being replaced with fries.
Then I attempted to find a table that didn't have trash on it. Only one other customer here, but I guess they are too busy to clean-up the dining room.

Last time I went there my fries had MOLD ON THEM, and the floor is always sticky , they could use new booths that dont have duct tape on them. The staff was friendly though , nice people work there but come on mold on my French fries? Not even a little it was likea lot, how do you not notice that?,
I'm sure the food would have been fabulous; if it had been hot. When I ordered I explained I'd not been here before. But was not told where drinks, straws, lids, erc were. I was handed my receipt and had to ask if they'd call my number when ready. Yes Was the answer. However, no one called my number. I waited 15 minutes and saw a basket had been placed on the counter. Looked like mine. Could not get a hold of anyone working there. But I could hear them in the back laughing and talking.
Everything here is fresh and very, very good. The burgers are juicy and tasty where as the fries are crispy and thick. The salad bar is always fresh and clean, very good food. Definitely one of the best burgers ive ever had.

This place was a real mess. Floors were sticky, tables were dirty, counters we're smeared with remnants of condiments. This was a slow Wednesday night with two employees standing around, I'd be terrified to see this place on a busy night. Only saving Grace was the reasonable price and the burger was actually pretty tasty. In such a high traffic area, please do better.

The burger tasted great. The fries were a bit dark, but weren't too bad either. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the place. It seemed like everything I had to touch was filthy, rest room doors, trash receptacle doors, etc. Not clean enough for me.
This place is kind of a dump and I feel bad for the employees. It s a wonder they re still open considering it s in Green Hills. Floors, benches, and counters are in really bad shape but that s not what you re eating off of. As far as eating, there were flies on the condiment bar, just not appetizing. The food was ok (don t get a milkshake-gross), the staff were friendly.
Please send an inspector to this rat hole ASAP!! How they are able to serve food is shocking. Hands down The dirtiest nastiest establishment I have ever been to. I m not the guy who complains but I simply had to tell the manager my thoughts. She seemed shocked which tells me the source of the problem. Shut this place down before someone gets ill. It s criminal to keep it open.
They have a great chicken burger and the Asian cashier was very pretty and nice I would come back to see both of those things

stoped at this location with a couple friends. We each ordered the fire and shake combo, and sat down talking. We got our 3 fries 20 minutes later and had to wait another 15 minutes to get our 3 shakes. The two young girls were arguing about who had to do what, and one had her boy friend sleeping on the duct taped benches(all of them). Over all this restaurant was pretty dirty and I'm kept. Save you money.
They Offer fresh ingredients. Their burgers and fries come quick, hot off the grill. Their milk shakes are super thick and come in four flavors: chocolate, oreo, strawberry, and vanilla. If you don't eat beef; chicken sandwiches and both turkey and salmon burgers are also options.
The prices went up and the quality went down! I ordered an adult size tender meal, paid for an adt size meal, and received a child size tender meal. I asked if they made menu changes in price changes and I was told that they had not. My meal became call waiting for the guy to cook one chicken tender. I could have went and bought a steak dinner for damn near the same amount.
Today I had a turkey burger combo here. It was probably the best turkey burger I have ever had. Everything was fresh and well prepeared. Even the fountain drink was mixed well, had clean lines, and was just the right temperature. The seating accommodations are tables and booths. They are not in the greatest shape, but they are comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the handsoap smelled really good. I wish I knew what kind it is, so I could buy some. I ate there at peak lunch time and got my food in a very timely manner with a smile and it tasted great. No complaints.

Floors are dirty, tables are dirty, burgers are not worth what I paid for them which was overpriced. All of the booths have some sort of duck tape on them to hold them together. All in all never coming back
This place is so, so average. For starters, it should be cleaned and get a new coat of paint, napkin holders and floor are so sticky. My black bean burger was ok but very greasy, I could barely eat half. Very heavy food. Still feel bloated 3 hours later. Toppings don't seem fresh.
Dirty, unsafe, lazy employees. You can starve, that will actually be the better choice.
