The service is very good, the food too. Generous portions, fine foods. The castle however remains a bit old. He would have well. need a touch of youth.

Fantastic place ... Remarkable castle surrounded by water and dominated by a wooded hill

2 days during the week in July

A hotel classified as 5 stars which has nothing but 5 stars apart may be the exterior which is magnificent.
The receptionist, a trainee who speaks very poor French and who gave us the only information about the hotel "if you want to make a reservation for the restaurant it's before 6.30 p.m. ..." without even showing us a card (it was 6 p.m.) . No mention of hotel services such as swimming pool, boat or bicycles available.

Bedroom
First room presented a disaster, heat worse than in Paris under the roofs, no air conditioning only a fan which makes a terrible noise. Bathroom with bathtub, possibility of taking a shower but not even a curtain or a wall so as not to get water everywhere.
The stained walls, the hall carpet, the sunken armchairs.
A TV smaller than a laptop screen.
Fortunately Elodie from the reception was there the next day.
She went out of her way to find us another room (the manager never wanted to receive us).
We ended up finding our happiness 2 category above ours.

Bar
Service non-existent, we have to go order at reception.
Breakfast
Here again, an intern who only asks for the room number, no reception: it's up to you to find yourself a table. No coffee service, no juice and even less cleaning when we were the only customers in the room.

We learned at check out that the hotel is closing at the end of the year for renovation, very fortunately !!!

Entrance of Foie Gras to the bleach ... 60 for a bottle has 9 . In short very disappointing for an establishment like this ... the castle and beautiful! But needs major renovations.

Although the setting is idyllic (castle, deer running in the park), the restaurant service is not up to par.

The tables are not set, the service takes time, the martinis (10 ) are served without ice, without olive or lemon, the bottles of wine are left in the sun, a lady had to get up to fetch a chair high for his child ...

We did not have the courage to continue the meal here (we could not test the food or the quality of the food).

In short, disappointed.

Beautiful setting. A lot of poetry. Future work should make this castle an exceptional stage.

Great experience, my husband surprised me two years in a row, to spend the night of Christmas, at home and these are great memories, everything is refined and the breakfast of Christmas, a happiness to see you soon I hope

This very nice Chateau hotel, located non too far from Paris. Excellent place for weekend or holiday. There very quiet.

A beautiful setting within the park and the beautiful exterior of the building, but in great need of renovation in the rooms to merit the steep prices.

A disappointment as the castle has a beautiful setting and could be so wonderful.

This exceptional establishment is not at all at the height of its history. The castle is not at all renovated and even dilapidated in places. The service is not up to the height of a castle of this size. As for the dishes served in the room, they are correct but without exception. The park is beautiful but again, it is not maintained. In short, generally disappointed with our stay.

A fairy tale of scenic beauty, live in the castle is the perfect travel experience.

We loved planning a destination wedding here for our international couple! Not only did the entire family stay on the property we also had a hot air balloon on site! That was only just the start with this wedding weekend. The bride spend an early morning doing yoga and zumba before dipping into the pool. The food was hand picked and perfect! Beautiful quiet place with superb performance and a team at the top.

Bucolic idyll. The place is fabulous. It is time to restore the interior decoration, carpeting, for example, but otherwise it is a decent resting place. The rooms are large, comfortable, quiet ... from the window you can see the park, the pond. A castle with a long history! I advise!

A beautiful chateau in a quiet location :) I've been to dinner twice and feel a little similar. People were kind, and in the summer I was like a laser show in nearby Charleston.

A dynamic and efficient team will welcome you in this exceptional and privileged setting.

Badly received on September 8th because of the return of the wedding. Set aside in a small room. Not up to it so we left

It's a castle. If you have a chance to stay here do it. The food, service and experience was great there is nothing like staying in a true castle.

Nice place! Some small flats especially at the level of deco, but welcome beautiful spaces good food and service.

A wonderful place for a bride & groom to not only have an unforgettable experience but close enough to Paris to have an adventure. My bride & groom from Japan loved this place and to this day I will always think how wonderful everything (except the rain of course) was. The staff is fantastic and the bonus (for me as a photographer anyway) how accomodating they were to my every requests . Something that is not usual in the industry nowadays.

This castle does not deserve its 5 stars. The benefits are not up to par. The room did not correspond at all to the initial booking and the breakfast at 26 for a person without ham or eggs, not up to 5 stars. Too bad, Angelique Marquise des angels made me dream. But I will not come back anymore.

The place (outside) is beautiful, however the interior, the service, and the kitchen are lamentable. Far from being 5 stars.
