A hotel classified as 5 stars which has nothing but 5 stars apart may be the exterior which is magnificent.
The receptionist, a trainee who speaks very poor French and who gave us the only information about the hotel "if you want to make a reservation for the restaurant it's before 6.30 p.m. ..." without even showing us a card (it was 6 p.m.) . No mention of hotel services such as swimming pool, boat or bicycles available.

Bedroom
First room presented a disaster, heat worse than in Paris under the roofs, no air conditioning only a fan which makes a terrible noise. Bathroom with bathtub, possibility of taking a shower but not even a curtain or a wall so as not to get water everywhere.
The stained walls, the hall carpet, the sunken armchairs.
A TV smaller than a laptop screen.
Fortunately Elodie from the reception was there the next day.
She went out of her way to find us another room (the manager never wanted to receive us).
We ended up finding our happiness 2 category above ours.

Hotel services:
Bar
Service non-existent, we have to go order at reception.
Breakfast
Here again, an intern who only asks for the room number, no reception: it's up to you to find yourself a table. No coffee service, no juice and even less cleaning when we were the only customers in the room.

We learned at check out that the hotel is closing at the end of the year for renovation, very fortunately !!!
