This place is horrible the female primary doctor is overweight and talks to people rudely I don t care if you feel miserable about yourself but don t take it out on other s. people come for help not to be talked down when they talk about symptoms, pain etc DO YOUR JOB OR CHANGE CAREER!!!!!!!!! I m so sick of this place no one even picks up the phone worst people in there and sadly to say are the female worker s in every department are rude!!
I was ten minutes late to my appointment today only because it was a line to get signed in and they didn t see me for my appointment because of it. And I ve been trying reschedule it cause the lady at told me to call and reschedule and they never answer the phone. Don t recommend this place to nobody They are sloppy.
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. How do you keep someone on hold for HOURS. I m sorry but you are not that busy. They have someone there to answer phones. What are you really doing receptionist??? Sitting there gossiping? Talking about your weekend? While your paying patients are on hold trying to get in contact with the doctor. This is a disgrace. I recommend anyone who goes here for anything. Please go somewhere else. But this place in MOST DEFINITELY NOT IT.!!!

Phone calls are pretty much never answered. They personnel never know how to answer your questions right. Is not the doctors is the people who work there. They actually don t care about nobody they are just there because os the paycheck! Truly sad
If you don t have health insurance they won t give u any other alternative they will tell you to go see a doctor else where ...The operator by the OBGYN To be exact ..will be back with her name ...she behaving like her husband is the owner of the building..she s very disgusting ,agggresive ,rude ,loud and ghetto

Charter Oak Health is absolutely horrible. Davina Dube (APRN/PA ?) wouldn't even return a phone call (even though I had an appointment already scheduled) to explain the meds she subscribed to me. She told the medical assistant to have me schedule an appointment to speak with her when I explained I had an appointment in two days. I just wanted a 5 minute phone call to explain my meds to me. I explained I could not get out of the house for bloodwork she requested because I had continuous nausea/vomiting. I then reached out to a Diana Sagers ? (Patient Advocate) and left a voicemail to please give me a call back to discuss my concerns and she too never called back. I felt like Charter Oak had no regard for my health issues or concerns. They made me feel like I was less than a human being. Because of the way I was treated it forced me to find healthcare elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU CHARTER OAK FOR SUCH TERRIBLE TREATMENT!
Absolutely horrible service. Not one employee takes responsibility for their actions. If they are unable to reach you once they will not call again. They do not confirm names or numbers, charts are always crossed over or has mixed pt information in it, I was insulted over the phone by an employee who refused to get me a office manager on the line because thing were getting out of hand I asked for a fax number so I can ask for a release of my record to a new provider I had called a few hours prior because, I had called to confirm my appt not the other way around ! I have been with charter oak for 3 years or longer and I have not had the same provider every provider I have had has left the practice, this building offer horrible customer service and the employees should be ashamed!!!
