With two weeks before my vehicle registration expiry, I was turned away by the clerk at the check-in counter. She said they were trying to limit the amount of people in the office because of COVID-19. I m all for that but I was the only person in line and there was nobody waiting to register. I have never seen the place so empty! Common sense should prevail in a situation such as that. So I asked when I could return and she said when you have a week left. That would be today. Wish me luck.

Need to change my drivers license address. They said to do it online, online system won't accept my address. Then they tell me to come in and change it and be prepared to hang out for a while. Then make an appointment they say. I agree, after going through the process they informed me my wife needs to make a separate appointment to change hers. Can't be done at the same time . We have 1 vehicle and both work. Totally unacceptable!!!

Stay away from this office if at all possible!! They are rude, disrespectful and degrade you right in front of other customers. I was talked to like I was a child and all but called a liar. You can talk to 3 different people and get 3 different answers as to what is needed to obtain tags and registration. I moved here from MD 2 months ago and have been trying since then to obtain tags and registration for my vehicle. I called well before going into their office for the first time on June 7th and was advised to bring my current registration, obtain a FL driver's license (which I did) insurance and my lease paperwork. Upon my arrival I was handed a post card to obtain additional information from my lease holder. I called while sitting at the office to obtain a fax number for them to obtain a copy of my title. 6 weeks later and 3 phone calls and my title had not arrived. I then went back on July 10th after calling yet again and asking what I needed only to be belittled and talked to like I was a child by a supervisor. Who then called someone in customer service right in front of me to confirm that I apparently lied about making such phone calls to see what I needed to obtain my tags. I will gladly produce my phone records where I called and talked to someone by the name of Shannon who indicated that i had what I needed to obtain my tags. Before leaving the office again shaking a crying by the way I was treated I was handed a paper by the supervisor indicating that I needed to obtain a letter from my leasing company and a copy of the title to obtain my tag . This was new to me as I was not advised of that during my 6 week wait . I obtained the letter and copy of the title only to come by the next day and be refused again because thay supervisor was not there that day and talked to like I was an idiot by the rep in front of me. I will gladly explain in further detail to anyone who would like to Express enough interest in my experience vs. Treating me like a child. I am very well educated with a great job and I'm trying to abide by the law to obtain tags in the allotted timeframe only to deal with incompetence. I asked the customer service rep yesterday if rules are abided by statewide or per county and she hesitated to tell me that it really depends on who I talk to. I highly suggest that this office be investigated further as it seems if you talk to 3 people you will receive 3 different answers. I come from a state where If you have rules those are the rules and they do not change. I would love for someone to contact me to discuss further as I have never had such a terrible experience moving to another state. The employees at this location are by far the worse I have ever encountered. I will be escalating this further and filing a formal complaint.

Be prepared to wait if you arrive at peak times usually closer to closing and lunch hours. Off hours and early can be easier. Usually for standard service folks here are congenial and helpful. As with any human interaction there can be 'bad days' and if you are a frequent user, even for legal, sanctioned, and completely normal explainable auto services such as temporary tags there can be an attitude toward you. Remember, if you are always professional smiling and appropriate they have no reason not to help you with legal services that they are bound to offer the public. Legal help can be gotten if they are not willing to do their jobs. Ask for a supervisor first if you encountre resistance to legitimate service requests.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a tax collector office. I went in trying to obtain reasons as to what was going on with my license and the woman I dealt with by the name Liz was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked her why the previous representative I dealt with didn't tell me she responded with "why don't you go ask them" . She looked like she hated her life and her job. If you are not going to be a friendly person you should work with the public. She was also not groomed and looked like to have unclean clothes on. I was always told to stay away from this office because of the unprofessional people that are employed here, but I thought Id give it a try.

I had the best experience in the tax office the other day. I dealt with a very professional and nice young man named Nicolo. He took time to explain to me what was wrong and what I needed to do to correct a very concerning tax issue. His attitude and demeanor towards me was pleasant and professional. He is an asset to the office.

My grandmother went by her self to renew her drivers' license. She could not stop talking about how professional and courteous was Karey. It is rare that a government agency has a representative that truly cares about the people their serving. My thanks to Karey for taking such good care of my grandmother.

I am not sure why the kiosk, in office or online options are listed on my registration if I am unable to do it at those facilities. If I need to update my insurance, perhaps the tax office could grant me an appointment but I was denied. Since I need to include two numbers to validate my insurance, the kiosk and online options apparently are not capable of taking the two numbers worth of information. Mail the letter out earlier if I need to wait for you to mail me back my registration because of limitations imposed by your own office.
