Everything is fixed and everything is awesome here at Avante at Ocala. The nursing staff, housekeepers, dietary, and therapy are all #1. And the facility and is very clean.
My mother was transferred to this facility in Ocala at a moments notice. The staff was attentive and the residence was clean. She referred to her stay there as "the hotel!" Which means she was taken care of very well by the staff.
I would give it a 0 if I could. My mom is in that place, first of all she is there because of a blead in her brain because she falls, come to find out that they didn't put rails on her bed. Even after we told them she could fall. She didn't even have the pads on the floor that if she falls it cushions the fall. Right now I have been calling this place since 9:00 am and is 2:10 and I haven't received a call back, even after talking to the social worker. I would stay away if I were you!
I was here at Avante at Ocala for short term rehab. The facility was very clean and orderly. The staff was very polite, honorable, and attentive to my needs. The staff took care of patients and always said hello . I would rate this facility 10 stars if I could.
