Love this place! It's my go-to place for Nora Fleming pieces! The employees are always very sweet and helpful and they have great deals on Nora stuff from time to time! They were even nice enough to honor a future deal for me when I came in to buy a present a week before the special started - great customer service! They offer free wrapping paper too which is awesome, especially since no one ever does that anymore!
Sadly, I will not be back. After years of being an extremely happy customer, I have had a very disappointing experience with their service. They clearly did not care if they kept me as a customer, even though I had patiently waited a month for them to send at least the in-stock part of my order. I will not be troubling them again.
