Chapman-Richards manages our office space located in Sandy. Overall we have had a very positive experience with them. Sam specifically has been very helpful and has made sure all of our requests are handled in a timely manner.
after botching our inspection, messing up our deal and giving bad info I wanted out of our contract with them, the broker refused in a tirade about in 20 years hes never let anyone out of a contract (concerning and huge red flag! ) He and the agent then broke off communication, we wanted to back out of the purchase, they refused for a WEEK to communicate, risking the refund of our earnest money. I had to get the sellers agent to pressure them to let me out of the contract after several emails to request this. In dozens of real estate transactions over 20 years I have never seen anything like this. STAY AWAY, this is not normal agent behavior
Sue Mark was our realtor and she was literally amazing. She is so knowledgeable about houses she made us feel like we had a contractor looking with us. We were very particular during the process but Sue never lost her drive to help us. She is very responsive and even helped us a ton after we bought our house. I seriously cannot overstate how good she is at every aspect of her job (and then some). Please, do yourself a favor and work with Sue--you will thank your lucky stars.
Chapman-Richards Property Management has been managing our 5 story building, with multiple tenants, for a number of years now. They are responsive when we have issues, the building is kept spotless and they are a fun group to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a responsible, competent building maintenance company.

I've never called them with a problem and not heard back from them within minutes. They are fast to fix any issues we may have and do it with a happy manner. Andrea Summerhays helped us both sell our old house and get us into our new house. She was great!! She has a great eye for design and staging and knows the market well. The company was also great. Andrea had all of the agents come to our house when it was listed and give us feedback on the house and asking price. It was very helpful.
