after botching our inspection, messing up our deal and giving bad info I wanted out of our contract with them, the broker refused in a tirade about in 20 years hes never let anyone out of a contract (concerning and huge red flag! ) He and the agent then broke off communication, we wanted to back out of the purchase, they refused for a WEEK to communicate, risking the refund of our earnest money. I had to get the sellers agent to pressure them to let me out of the contract after several emails to request this. In dozens of real estate transactions over 20 years I have never seen anything like this. STAY AWAY, this is not normal agent behavior
