Worst Service Ever...
I was referred to this hotel by a friend and all my hopes came crashing on meeting the manager and receptionist. Poor service. The manager lied about the hotel rooms prices. And disappeared.

The rooms were kept like nobody's been there for ages. We had no towels, toiletries, and pillows. We had to call and wait each time we need anything. The toilets and bathtubs were at the lowest standards you could image. And some never came.

Besides us, we meet other unhappy customers angry and shouting at the receptionist and cashier.

In a nutshell, I hate my stay there, and none of my friends would ever vote to use here again. Ever.

A nice place, serien environment, wonderful club, good parking space, a nice swimming pool and a great gym they got ....

I stayed in this hotel for a night and it was an unpleasant experience. First the room I was assigned was still dirty and unkempt as at 7.35pm when I arrived. It took another 19 minutes for them to get me another clean room. Then I settled down. The bathroom handle was bad and would lock you in if you shut it. Water in the bathroom was not flowing fine. I made an order for food which took an hour to arrive after several calls. When it was time to rest, it was impossible because the band and club was playing all through. Beddings were not clean. The hotel needs maintenance.

What kind of cheap fake room is that. Rubbish . Don't be fooled. The service is s***

Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant of the hotel is delicious. The hotel gym is good for people wanting to maintain their level of fitness. The pool is clean and well maintained, not usually busy, making it a good place to swim.

A three star hotel located at the heart of the garden city, Calabar. Events are better scheduled here

This facility needs a serious upgrade and proper maintenance, the rooms are really dated and run down, plenty of potential but actually not worth the value.

The hotel is quite big. Front staff seem okay. Nathaniel was very helpful with a smile. Paid for the royal deluxe and the room shown to us was nice but had a faulty shower. We had to check 4 other rooms before finally getting one that seemed okay. They didn't offer Wifi services until we asked the next day... which didn't work throughout our stay. They need to improve on cleanliness as i felt uncomfortable with the fridge which had stains and was dirty! Bathrooms had leaking pipe at the WC. No spoon, visible cobwebs. I will choose a different hotel next time.

This is easily accessible from the main road. It has good parking space. The reception hall is quite neat, elegant and welcoming as well as the front desk staff. Be aware that the lift is not functioning; you will have to use the stairs (you are lucky if boarding on the First floor). The food from the restaurant is a bit overpriced. The toilet facilities are not really superb while the WiFi/Internet facility was going from bad to worse. It s not totally a bad place. Enjoy your stay!!!

The hotel is located at MCC road, easily accessible and to locate. The hotel has a good level of security.
Not very comfortable with the lift they have there, it's scary and old fashioned.should be changed.
Don't like their toilet facilities.
Over all the place is fair and the rates are good.

Comfortable rooms, serene bar, restaurant with good dishes, club, everything you want in one place.

It is a very nice place, in the heart of the city, has restaurants, swimming pool and gym with monitors in addition to a nightclubs to cite some qualities.
It is recommended for lovers of tranquility and enjoyment !!!!

They lack the capacity to run a restaurant. If you need food, give 3 hours notice or else you get no food.

Very good and attentive staff but the infrastructure is being left to deteriorate. Evidently the owner does not pay attention to maintenance and cleanliness in a very touristic town. Rooms uncomfortable except for the AC, no standby power, very poor wifi connection, which has become an essential facility for all travellers nowadays. Really, the only asset the hotel has is the human capital.

Used the hall for a training. Quite decent. Recommended.

Services are very poor. Housekeeping is not properly supervised. Not even complementary water or tea is made available in some rooms.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway. Their rooms are neat with functional amenities. There is a TV, AC, working refrigerator, electric kettle and a dining set for 2. The room is cleaned daily, sheets and towels are changed daily too and the environment is quite accessible to everywhere. You may want to "specifically" request for your food especially when you eat spicy food, they dont serve spicy unless you ask for it.

Good accommodation in the middle of Calabar, the place needs an overhaul. The rooms are getting old.

I love their pool. The location of the hotel in Calabar is strategic. Well centred and private too. Serene environment. Try it out soon if you are in Calabar.

The hotel services was quite poor. Restaurant staff were not prompt with information on what was available.

I simply call this hotel facility a hotel with a difference. Everything including the services here are top notch.
I had a good time here.

Falling standards in service delivery and general maintenance mars the quality of this hotel. However, still a place of choice for those who love fun. Nice meals.
