A terrible experience from the day our account was sold to them. Data protection was breached, invoicing was often wrong. Telecoms, patchy at one point we had over 11 days without telephone or internet. The company did nothing to rectify the situation. Customer service was appalling. Go anywhere else but here.

If you are after a company that can provide you with a reliable internet service and phone line, stay well away! I would hate for any other business to go through what we have with Channel Telecom and experience the catastrophic impact this has had on our business. We have not had a fully working internet service or phone line since April 2018. We have been charged for numerous engineer visits, been told to replace all our equipment (which we have done at significant cost to us) and every month been billed for a service that is not fit for purpose. We have had to call them every day, just to be told someone will look in to it and ring you back and they don t. We have been passed from person to person, with nobody seeming to know what is going on or able to give us any sort of resolution. We have sent countless emails of complaints - I even wrote to the Managing Director in sheer desperation and received no response! After giving Channel Telecom more than enough chances to rectify our problem, we were left with no choice but to switch provider. We switched provider and our internet and phone line is now fully working for the first time in nearly a year! They now have the audacity to be chasing us for a cancellation fee! I cannot tell you the stress this has caused to us personally and the significant financial loss to our business. We have reported them to the communications ombudsman.

Avoid at all costs, we recently had another company buy us out of the contract with Channel Telecoms. 3 days after this happened Channel Telecoms purposely cut our phone lines down out of spite. Unfortunately our new system isn't getting installed for another 2 weeks so we won't have phones.

I would recommend using any other company but this one. Technical team is useless, customer service team is useless and to top it all, we were loyal customers for 3 years and now that we decide to go somewhere else they mess up our system. Currently in the process of issuing proceedings. See you in court.

Avoid at all costs, they are a nightmare to deal with. Our office phones kept cutting out when talking to customers and each time we spoke with them about it they just kept fobbing us off with try this/try that but wouldn't actually resolve the issue. This went on for around 3 months and we got so fed up with it that we had no option but to switch provider and we have had no issues at all since switching. They even had the nerve to charge us after we informed them we were cancelling our contract which just added insult to injury. After sales support was lame and their morals are non existent.

Constant Innacurate bills and poor customer service throughout the duration of the contract, be aware of the rolling yearly contacts. Saved hundreds of pounds by switching provider and the SIP service is far more stable than it was with Channel
