CISS have provided sevices for me that allow me to just take a break.

Channel Islands Social Services is the best organization I have worked for in this line of service. One has the freedom to create their own schedule, the staff is tremendously helpful and kind, and compensation is better than any other agency around. More importantly, the families I get to work with are beautiful; I always finish a shift happy and satisfied! Training seminars are always interesting and insightful. I can t say enough about this company; they re more than wonderful!

This is a most amazing group of sincere loving helpful human beings. I am so privileged to be a part of this family group. I encourage others that have a will to help to check out what you can do and how to do it via Channel Islands Social Services.

I LOVE working for CISS! They work around the caregiver's schedule yet still get every client taken care of. They provide CPR classes for their caregiver's so we are all prepared for anything and everything our special needs kids require. The people are so kind and uphold the integrity of the company. It is a wonderful company run by wonderful people. If you are in need of a job and love kids, go here!
