Hired for a campaign we were running and what a DISASTER. Our Project Manager was 27 and had no knowledge of the medical industry. We had to invest more $$ and have another company finish the project. Go elsewhere.

Wondros is everything that is beautiful and right with the world. It is rare to find people in the "industry" who care intensely and immensely about people, animals, social causes, medical needs, the planet---if you have a cause, a message, if you want to save the world: you can do it and they will be there to share it because they are as passionate as the people who want to make a difference. We are all connected-people, animals, the earth. We have only a few years on this planet, imagine what you want to do to make it better.

Poor execution, very unprofessional, lacking common knowledge. Wondros was tasked to rebrand and advertise an existing outreach program. After glossing over the requirements, they flat out refused a demonstration of the existing software used to manage the outreach program.

1. Logo design contained a special character to which a quarter of the users interpreted incorrectly. Branding should be clear and concise, not easily misinterpreted.
2. Website design looked pretty during their presentation, but was missing several requirements, was difficult to use when built, and lacked many basic web development standards such as responsive design, click states, and SEO.
3. Bus ad was effective
4. Radio ad was effective
5. Billboard ad had too many words, couldn't read when driving by (Billboard 101 is 8 words or less).
6. Newspaper ad did not include the phone number, so people were calling all over the place to get information. Common sense says, some people who still PAY for newspapers probably don t use the computer very often.
7. Some of the online advertisements were not cropped correctly, so they were not being displayed correctly, what good is an online ad if it is only a picture? The advertising company provides you with the aspect ratios, not too hard to mess up.
8. Analytics were absolutely useless. After numerous back and forth with their "statistician" we ended up using Google Analytics to collect the metrics that were required. Google Analytics is free.
9. Wondros struggled to meet deadlines, if they did meet a deadline the work that was presented was only partially completed and had to be sent back to be finished.
10. All of these BASIC mistakes made it past all of their managers and their entire team. At no point in the process did anyone say "maybe we should put less words of the billboard so people can read it?"

So the bottom line is, Wondros produces stuff, but appears to have almost no idea of how to advertise successfully. You'll get the same quality of work by hiring your neighbors kid. Hire any other company for your marketing and advertising needs.
