Channel Islands Social Services is the best organization I have worked for in this line of service. One has the freedom to create their own schedule, the staff is tremendously helpful and kind, and compensation is better than any other agency around. More importantly, the families I get to work with are beautiful; I always finish a shift happy and satisfied! Training seminars are always interesting and insightful. I can t say enough about this company; they re more than wonderful!
