Some reputable companies have offices in this building. Especially the group of companies from holding Tiara Marga Trakindo.
Trakindo Utama Head Office is a heavy equipment dealer company with Caterpillar brand, also based in this building.

Its strategic location, safety and environmental comfort are my main attraction when visiting there.

Building with good, neat and clean facilities. The location is very close to the intersection of Jl. Cilandak KKO and Jl. TB Simatupang, so that it becomes a good business center.

I had an experience to this place on 14th May 2018 for interview session. For me, this office was modern style with all facility functions looked new. I reached out this place by online motorcycle transport (gojek) from Tanah Kusir area. And the transjakarta buses are available during go home (to Lebak Bulus shelter).

The TMT building, more popularly known as the Trakindo Building, is located in the Cilandak area. TMT itself is an abbreviation of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo, which is the parent company of PT Trakindo Utama, which was established in 2000. The building is located at Jalan Cilandak KKO No. 1, not far from Jalan TB Simatupang (700 m), one of the most strategic areas in the south of Jakarta.

Keep in mind TMT buildings consist of TMT I and II. The design and construction of the building was supported by Airmas Asri and BAM Decorient Indonesia. Laying the first stone building TMT I conducted in January 2008 and completed in July 2009, while the renovation of Building TMT II began in February 2010 and was completed in October 2010. At that time, Triyasa still the Commercial Division of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT Group).

TMT buildings I and II has received several awards boast, including Runner Up award in the category of Private Office Park in Jakarta Park and Green Environment Competition organized by the Regional Government of South Jakarta, South Jakarta Mayor appreciation of their participation as 'Building Healthy'. So that the South Jakarta Regional Government obtained "Swasti Saba Wistara" (Healthy City 2013) from the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Access to or from the TMT Building is very easy to reach, both using private vehicles and public transportation. Especially in Jalan TB Simatupang there is a toll road, with the closest toll gate being the Cilandak Utama Toll Gate (2.2 km). Not only that, building TMT also be reached by MRT, which was recently inaugurated by President Joko Widodo, on March 24, 2019. As for the distance to the MRT station Lebak Bulus TMT Building about 4.5 km.
