I was supposed to get my report on the 18th of this month,,,still waiting. Never even bother to call.

Integrity is great! Their communication is awesome!

I work with Brooke Lee and Chelci Barkley @ Integrity and they are both amazing, they are always there to answer all of my questions any update through out the process. I don't know what I would do with out them.

Excellent service is a standard, always a willing response to any question posed and the staff will get to know you at a very personal level. I have never been disappointed with the quality and the all around tone of the company and anyone that represents it.

I personally received a call from Shawn this evening in regards to the referral to Scott that his employee gave me. He was very apologetic and upset by Scott s behavior. And to clarify, Scott is not an employee of Shawn s, he is an independent sub contractor they use. He s already spoken with Scott and I will be receiving my money back for the appraisal. I can t express how impressed I am with the way Shawn runs his business and the extent he goes to make sure clients (or referrals his employees provide) are taken care of. I will be receiving my money back early next week.

I contacted this company to get a quote on an appraisal of a semi-rural property. I was referred by Kincaid to Scott Kubosh, as Kincaid said he would be cheaper than what he would charge me. Scott told me his fee was $400 and he wanted cash (I should have known then something wasn t right). I agreed and he came out to the property on a Saturday, when I gave him the money he said he d send me a receipt and the appraisal on Monday. Spent 15 minutes at the property, somehow completely missed a huge red barn on the 3/4 of an acre, I know this because my husband said he didn t even walk over there. I called to ask him about it within 20 minutes of leaving and he said my husband would need to go take pictures and measurements for him. Which he gladly did and I sent it all to him. Monday comes around, nothing. Wednesday comes around and I touch base with him, he said he s really busy and he d get it to me that night. Friday comes and still nothing. So I reach out again saying I understand being busy, but I paid for a service and if he can t fulfill it, I need my money back so I can hire someone that can. Over a week passes from that and he s completely disappeared. I now reach back out to Kincaid, as he referred him and said he works with him a lot. Kincaid said he d reach out to him, which on our next communication he told me Scott was really behind, even on a couple appraisals for him, but he s still working on it . That was almost two weeks ago, and guess what, still nothing!! I ve tried to reach Scott Kubosh since on a few occasions since with absolutely no response. So at almost a month, it s safe to say Scott Kubosh stole $400 from me. I don t know if this is how Kincaid runs Integrity, but being told by him, that he uses Scott on a regular bases, I can only imagine I m not the only one that this has been done to. I would expect someone with Integrity to right the wrongs of their bad referrals, but obviously not.
