Tried making an appointment to see what my son would need done. Was told they don't take new patients for emergencies. Never said it was an emergency. Told her again I needed someone to look at it, wasn't for sure what he needed and I wasn't saying it was an emergency. She told me they don't do that, we don't take patients for emergencies anymore. Once they hear you don't have insurance, they're done. Don't say you take payments, but then tell me you can see him and give a lame excuse as a reason.

Love Dr. Pong!!! He actually listens and explains things to you!! I've been going there for years and now I moved to Florida and it's hard to find a Dentist like him. Highly recommended!! Miss ya Doc!!

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Pong..... And I must say how impressed I am!! April cleaned my teeth without pain which is a big deal for me since i have dealt with recession and sensitivity for many many years! In my opinion she is awesome! Then Dr. Pong came in for my check.. I am very impressed with him as well. I recommended them to anyone

Seen Pong since I was kid!! Great dentist.. but the staff needs to go!! Appointments are never kept.. hours are spent waiting after an appointment scheduled time.. Pong just lost an entire family of clients due to the horrible staff! Kids don't have the patience to wait hours just to be disappointed because they don't get to even be seen.. do not recommend for anyone who has a life outside of dental appointments

THEY NEVER ARE ON TIME ..EVERY TIME I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON I WAIT UP TO TWO HOURS BEFORE HES SEEN HES YOUNG AND DOESN T LIKE TO SIT BE ON TIME PLEASE!!!!!!!

Dr. Pong is very knowledgeable and skillful. He is very nice, patient, and good with kiddos.

Had paid a taxi to get there..but they said I had no appointment..came home got my appointment card... called them. They sent me a I sorry card and said if interested I could come back and they fix my teeth...no way...they lie.... happened years ago too same thing...they over book and take union workers first...the hell with Medicare.. insurance and United States disabled veterans! Ain't that right...I feel like Rambo from the movies... now live in North west Indiana and more....

I been going there for a long time now and never had any issues love Dr pong so much always willing to help people out! He makes u feel.so comfortable and want to go to the dentist. His staff have always been nice to me to. I would recommend him to anyone!(:

My visit to Dr. Pong couldn't have gone any better. I am one of those that doesn't see the dentist regularly or like to go in general, but I was very impressed with Dr. Pong's professionalism and attention to detail. He made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took great care of my teeth. Also very nice to talk to - I actually might not mind going to the dentist anymore. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pong is a good dentist and makes you feel comfortable. Also explains the procedures and what steps need to be taken to alleviate any issues.

Dr. Pong has been the general dentist for my family and I for over 30 years. He always taken good care of us.

Been a patient of his for 3 years. Called March 7th to submit my insurance information to the staff to get another partial due to me losing mine. Called my insurance today and asked if they received anything and they said no. Tried calling dr. Pongs office today all I've gotten was a busy signa . Not happy.

Dr. Pong has been my dentist since I was 14. My family and I are always pleased with treatment and service from this office. I moved out of state for college but I still get my checkups/cleanings done at this office when I visit home. I recently needed my wisdom teeth pulled while out of state and the receptionist, Olivia, was so helpful and professional in every way with getting my documents and referral sent over so I can get scheduled with a surgeon right away.

Several filling had to replaced and fixed because the filling fell out or were on the verge of falling out and every tooth that had a filling at Pongs office you could tell which we his because they did not blend the filling in with the rest of the tooth. Horrible work that I only ended up paying even more $$$$ somewhere else to fixed a job that wasnt done right the first time.
He doesn't do tooth extractions either.
